I met Howard Satterfield and my " sports car to be" (a 2015, 50th anniversary Mustang) at the Indianapolis Auto Show. Both are pretty special. Howard is the consummate sales professional. It was a joy working with him through the order process and he kept me posted as I anxiously awaited the Mustang's arrival. Howard was aware of some special significance the vehicle was going to have for me and when I picked it up, he memorialized the event very creatively. The whole Don Hinds organization is clearly top notch. Its a pleasure to be part of the Don Hinds family.

Employee - Sales Consultant - Fabulous work environment! I was told most dealerships are shady, negative environments. But I knew if I looked hard enough, I would find an upstanding, reputable dealership that I could be proud to work for. This place has 62 years of family-owned and-operated customer satisfaction history! The Service Department is rated #1 in the state! We have 3rd generation customers! Come on in to Don Hinds Ford - join the family of satisfied customers!

My son had a late night problem with a used Ford Fusion we bought elsewhere. We dropped it off in the middle of the night at Don Hinds Ford. They contacted us early the next morning with the problem and the solution. They expedited the repair and returned the car to us in a very timely manner. The service department was professional, concise, and friendly. The pricing was thoroughly reviewed and fair. I would highly recommend Don Hinds Ford as a quality operation, and will consider them when my girls are ready to purchase a car, as well as my next vehicle.

Job was done with precision, timely and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and informative, definitely customer focused. I was extremely impressed that they detailed my car inside and out before pick up. My car mats, personally placed in my car, were cleaned so well they looked new. I highly recommend Don Hinds Ford body shop.

Don Hinds Ford are a great bunch of people. They are very helpful and have wonderful sales people and support staff. I brought my fionces car and my own in for tires. Not only did I get a great deal but they promptly serviced my vehicles and I have had no complaints! Great Job Don Hinds Ford!

Don Hinds have been amazing they are the only place that I will let them work on my car. Don Hinds have amazing service reps that get u in the same day to see what's going on. Don Hinds treats everyone with respect and are honest I have had other places take advantage of me and tried to charge me double the price. I can only say great things u can trust them and do great work

I will tell everyone I know to never do business with the dealership in the Fishers/Noblesville area! I went to buy a new Ford Mustang convertible, agreed on a price, went to the bank and got a cashier's check for the full amount and retuned to finish the transaction. The salesman gave me several bags to put my stuff from my old car in while he went to get all the papers ready to sign. I was so excited! Not for long though. When I went back in from cleaning my car out, he said there was a problem. The person who put together the numbers made a mistake and they needed another $1200.00! Of course, my response was no way! We had an agreement and I felt they should have honored that agreement. Mr. REYNOLDS, who admitted to making the error, refused to honor his previously agreed to terms. So, that was 3 hours I'll never get back. What has happened to good customer service and honoring commitments? Don't ask Don Hinds Ford because they have no idea!!!If If I could have given zero stars, I would have!

I came here after a family member had an awesome alignment experience. I know it sounds funny, but the Nissan shop wouldn't fine tune an adjustment that was one hair from being out of spec. Don Hinds said no problem and fixed it. I have been in three times now for alignments and once for tires. Great price on tires. I don't own a Ford, but the attention to my requests and willingness to perform a quality job will ensure I return. I have worked with Steve Harrison and Jason Smith.

Best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I've been to 9 dealerships in the past year and none of them had a salesperson like Sarah Bolen. She worked with me and stayed late with her team trying to make sure all my questions were answered and I found the vehicle I not only want but very much needed. I have been telling friends about her and highly recommend her as your salesperson. She was very down to earth and professional. My family and I are very happy with the vehicle we bought and when we are ready to get rid of the second car, we will be looking for her. Thanks Sarah and the Don Hinds Ford team that stayed over to help.

Just finished up with an online scheduled appointment for an airbag recall for my 2013 mustang gt. The service tech, Josh Franklin, completed the service in a very timely manner. Couldn't be happier with my first experience with Don Hinds Ford.

If you want to buy a car. This place is the only place to buy a car..and ask for Sarah Bolen, she is awesome, she will literally help you through everything, not like others dealerships..

Our experience at Don Hinds Ford was 5 star plus rating worthy. Our saleman, Doug Hilber, exceeded all of our expectations. We threw at him many difficult questions and we were not an easy customer to manage due to distance and the uniqueness of the truck that we wanted. We researched and battled through learning about options and detailing out pricing together. He was patient with our decision making and always helpful and professional as we built the truck we wanted. He went above and beyond to make the sale and to be sure we were totally pleased with our vehicle. All his support from the dealership was superlative as well. We have no complaints and only praises to sing.
By the way, we love our brand new f-150. We look forward to a long costumer service relationship.
