I've had the privilege of using Dolan and Maloney for all my insurance needs now for probably 15 years and am pleased to endorse them as outstanding professionals. Not only are they (Patrick Tobiasson) extremely knowledgeable, but when I moved my insurance to them they listened to my homeowners and vehicle needs and found me policies that exceeded those needs at costs that were well below my previous company.

Not only that, but over the years I had had needs for service. A fender bender here, a lightning strike there, 2 teenage boys getting insured Every time I've needed to use my insurance, Patrick has gone out of his way to basically "just take care of the issue". A phone call and my problem became his to solve and always solved quickly with minimal effort from me.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

I'm also honored to mention that he is a US military Vet which not only makes him disciplined and organized but makes me feel good supporting giving him my business.

My family has worked with Dolan & Maloney for over a decade, and have always received personalized, attentive service for our auto and homeowner's insurance. Our agent, Patrick Tobaisson, is amazing, helping us get the most cost effective and comprehensive coverage and highly responsive to any questions that arise. I was involved in a collision that involved a surcharge that I wanted to appeal; Patrick informed me about the process so that I was able to do so. I just found out that my appeal was granted, saving me a considerable amount of money in surcharges on my auto policy.

I had always used Progressive for my car insurance and at the time I thought I was getting good rates for my coverage. It wasn't until I needed home insurance did I realize utilizing a family owned company like Dolan & Maloney was the way to go. Not only did they provide me a quote for home insurance that was less than what my provider at the time did, but also for more coverage.. Not just for my home, but for my cars as well. It was jaw dropping to see how little coverage I was getting for previously receiving while paying 2x the cost. The Agency took the time to walk me through every bit of information so i understood what I was missing from my previous policys and why they are important to have. They made sure they were super responsive when I had questions or had to move my closing date. I would certainly suggest anyone to use Dolan & Maloney for all their insurance needs. Not just because they find you the best rates and plan for your needs, but when you need answers to questions, you get them quickly and accurately. They are willing to spend their time to make sure you are happy with the results. The best customer service I have ever received.
