We are very pleased with this company. They are service oriented and very responsive. Andrea is fantastic at answering questions, returning calls, and helping costumers understand the product. Tim, the owner, came himself and did a total professional installation job, and took the time to train our dog with so much patience personalized service. Their prices are very competitive but they won us with their service. I tried calling many different places to get estimates and Dog Guard of Rockford was the fastest to answer our phone calls and provide us with a fantastic customer service. We would recommend Dog Guard of Rockford to anyone.

Great system. Great company. Great relief that my dogs wont run onto a very busy highway in front of my house. My dogs took 1 day to adjust to it and it works perfect. 100% worth every penny. Great service all around.

Dog Guard has exceptional customer service. Within a day of me requesting a quote they called me back and within three days we had our service completed. It took about 3 hours and the representative was knowledgeable and professional. He treated my dogs with kindness and was great with explaining the process. I highly recommend this company.
