My experience with Dodd Camera Fairlawn store was very pleasant! The young man Tommy was very nice and helpful. He was very patient to edit my passport style photo till I was satisfied. The service he provided exceeded my expectation. The other gentleman Ken was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Today I visited Dodd Camera to pick up a Nikon D610. Upon receiving the camera, it appeared to be a display model. I asked if that was the case and inquired about the shutter count. I was informed that the camera was not a floor model and that neither a lens nor memory card had ever been connected. I buy the camera spending close to $1600 only to get home and check the shutter count. Instead of the shutter count reading ZERO like a brand new camera should it read 3,887!!! So much for this camera being new! I will be returning my camera in the morning and dealing directly with Nikon. They just lost a customer!
