This place was awesome! I went to Apple Store and it was a 3 hour wait to see my phone that had issues and I walked into doctor wireless and problem solved in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff! Very professional! Highly recommend.

This place is great! The customer service is top of the line. Ask for Richard, he really goes above and beyond to try and fix your devices. Also 60 day warranty!! Can’t beat that anywhere.

Great, fast, convenient, affordable! Love this place! Apple had me on a 6 day wait time to repair a damaged battery(super dangerous) and they got it done in under an hour.
Richard and Melissa were super helpful and curtious and allowed me to see their work throughout the entire. Would highly recommend this place!response / report this review -

Richard was very knowledgeable and honest. I've been to several repair shops at different malls and the service and treatment from the techs has been horrible. Richard besides being very smart and honest, he's really friendly and professional. I will never go to any other repair shop other than Dr. Wireless to have my cell phones repaired by Richard.

Gorge was such a great technician, and had a great personality. Ron was also very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place not only for screen fixes but for great quality phone cases and acessories. Definitely rated a 10/10.

Was very pleased. I went Apple the waiting was over 2 hours. So glad I went to Dr. Wireless. They repaired my screen in 15 minutes. I definitely recommend them. Completely happy. I feel like I have a brand new phone.

I met Richard on my way to the Apple Store at The Falls to have my phone fix. I was turned down by the Apple Store when they told me that I had no longer warranty on my iPhone and the cost for the repair on my IPhone 6 Plus was going to come around $480 aprox. As I was leaving the store I was greeted by Richard and to my surprise I noticed how knowledgeable on the product he was asking me question on relation of my iPhone and the symptoms, to my surprise he turned it on to view all the details on the iPhone and began working from a diagnostic to an actual surgery inside my phone.
Final result ( Surprice ), phone was working now.
Techs like him are so hard to find and besides the full knowledge of the products he surpass in customer service, fast, precise and straight to the problem.
I am a CRT myself with computers and I can take a few clases from him on how well and clean in his work.
To be honest with the readers, I thinks his service is better than Apple. There, if you do not have a good a warranty, they will say " sorry, there is nothing we can do. "
I general, I am to have met Richard, he saved my skin.

Going to Dr.wireless was an amazing experience. Richard helped me with all my needs. Even when I thought it was impossible he made it possible. Richard is the best technician ever. He deserves a raise👍👍👍

I was so happy with my repair!!! Richard is the best I totally will recommend him to anyone, he even gave me a tempered glass I'm so happy with my results everything works great and my glass looks perfect and I appreciate all the work he did and he was very nice and welcoming.

Richard is our hero! My son broke off a piece of his earphone and it was stuck inside the jack. There was no way to remove it from Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. This phone doesn't even have a way of removing the cover to fix it. I had taken the phone to 2 place and no one wanted to even try to fix it. But we found Richard at Doctor Wireless in the Falls!! He did it!! He fixes it on the spot, removed the piece and the phone works perfectly now. Thank you Richard for saving my son's phone and for being an excellent tech. You are the best!!
