Servers play games when refilling all you can eat crab.

Awful! When we got there, around noon, it was mostly empty, maybe 4 or 5 tables, yet it took 15 mins for them to take our lunch order. All we ordered was a couple sandwiches but it took forever. After an hour of waiting, we left and found a different place to eat. And my wife said the coffee was gross.

Great food, and all you can eat Crab Legs. We've never had an issue with waitstaff, the drinks or the food. Nice portions as well. Lots of local decor for sale in the dining area. As for the issue with the large group and their checks. Appearently they have no clue what work goes into having to break items up and the time involved in doing so. Even the Italian Fisherman states in their menu that "It's a pain in the ankle 3 joints up" and that it slows the kitchen staff. It's worth going to and checking out for yourself. Take time to enjoy the view of Chautauqua Lake from the dining patio while your there!

The service comments are no exaggeration. You hope these were one time just bad day type of things, but it was unbelievable how poor the service was. One couple actually got up and left. When the food finally did arrive it was fine. As we left we saw the staff sitting around out back smoking. No way they could see the guests from where they were.
