Had a furnace and air conditioner installed a few years back. They do good quality work and inform you on your new product.
They did such a good job, I had them come back recently to install a water heater. They had a new water heater installed within 5 hrs of the time I called to order it.
I would do business with them again.

They were timely, professional as well as respectful! A motor in my furnace locked up so it wasn’t turning on. The tech got the wrong part from the parts people twice but left to find the correct ones himself then returned same day to repair at no extra cost for anything! The tech also explained everything to me before he did anything which I really appreciate. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Doc Dancer worked with our home warranty company (America's Preferred), which another service company refused to do. Daniel (our technician) was GREAT! He certainly knew what he was doing, as opposed to a tech from a different company who had misdiagnosed our problem. He took the time necessary to be sure and to do the work well, and he worked hard and is friendly as well. Our heat is back on one day after making initial contact with Doc Dancer. Even though we were new customers and they had a full schedule, they made us a priority. Every part of the process was handled professionally, quickly, expertly, and with care for our needs as the customer. While having our heat go out wasn't a great experience, getting it repaired was!

I interviewed four local HVAC companies to replace our furnace, AC, and water heater. Doc Dancer had fair prices compared to the competition but what truly won my buisiness was the sales rep, Dale. He showed up prepared with the details of our home, was thorough in his evaluation, asked about our needs and offered wonderful options, without being pushy. He was the only of the four companies to follow up with me and had us quotes within 24 hours. The technicians also did fantastic work and did not take shortcuts. They were invested in installing the systems correctly and took pride in their work. I highly recommend giving them a call and asking for Dale!

Best prices around, GREAT SERVICE I would highly recommended them and will use them again in my next home. I have a log cabin & they were able to figure out installing duct work in EVERY room and made them look good. The owner is hands on and VERY Helpful!!!

Tony takes so much pride in his work. You can tell he loves what he does. He will build and design a system that will give you maximum performance and comfort. I'm extremely happy with my system and the comfort it provides my family. Tony and Andy work in tandem and it's really a thing of beauty. Andy oozes with confidence. Andy dialed in my heat pump perfectly. It looks quite impressive sitting next to my house. Everything is perfect and I love their efforts. Thanks guys for all your hard work and going the extra mile. Doc has been over twice in the past couple months for two independent problems. Both were repaired. (air conditioning and dryer vent issue)The staff is excellent and professional. I haven't had any problems with what was fixed. HIGHLY recommend.

To be brief and to put it simply, there is no need to keep looking for quotes or at other HVAC Service & Install centers. You can trust the people at Doc Dancer to provide fair and competitive pricing, fast and great service, and great communication during the whole process.

To explain, my furnace and AC unit went out in the middle of summer this year and after working with another HVAC company, I received a very expensive quote. Thankfully, I took the time to shop around for different quotes and ran into Doc Dancer. They were very friendly when I called in and I ended up working with Dale, who is THE MAN! They were right in line with the other quotes I received after shopping around and were willing to work around my schedule to take my phone calls and set up the appointments. The original quote from the company who initially came to see what was wrong with my furnace sent a sales guy over who quoted us $1200 over everyone else. Doc Dancer also helped me with financing the cost and did WAY better than what the other competitors had to offer.

Since then, I've had them redo my gas line and check my heater for the winter and it's been simple and painless.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case I had to because the folks at Doc Dancer really deserve the credit and will respect you and your business and I am certain they will treat you incredibly well.

A BIG THANK YOU to Dale who always has my back and to the folks at the office, the installers, and especially Nancy who was a pleasure to work with when putting together the financing. It's a huge load off of my shoulders to know that I'll be taken care of with just a quick phone call to the guys at Doc Dancer. I hope you are all very proud of the work you do because you make a very positive impact on your local community. You have my loyalty and deeply felt appreciation as a customer.

Doc Dancer has a great maintenance program for your furnace and AC. They come twice a year and give everything a tune up. The technician was friendly, thorough and clean. It's really nice to have this set up and not worry about anything.
