Requested a call via email and no email confirmation received advising us that the email had been received and no call. Decided to walk in and speak with someone and was told that my case is not handled by the firm even though his website and commercial on TV say he does. His TV ad says he works with the Spanish community. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Case never reviewed didn't get past the door.

Llame a la oficina buscando asesoria y la unica respuesta fue que no trabajaria con mi caso sin darme ninguna explicacion, me parece poco profesional no ser claro con sus potenciales clientes. No lo recomendaria.
