Kathy is an excellent lawyer and valued member of the legal community in Lowell. I have consulted with her on a personal injury case and she is always happy to share her considerable expertise with other lawyers. Please ignore the bad reviews written by trolls - this is a big problem for lawyers in Lowell: negative reviews written by jealous competitors pretending to be unhappy clients.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Attorney O'Donnell. She's incredibly professional, hardworking, attentive, and caring. She works with you so you fully understand the processes you're about to partake in, and she regularly checks in and updates you on anything that needs attention. Atty. O'Donnell represented my family in a personal injury case. Although it was a very complex case, she was successful in obtaining a settlement and avoiding a lengthy, stressful trial. She is professional yet down to earth which makes an intimidating process easier. I would highly recommend her to any friends or family members that have need of legal representation.

I consulted with Attorney Kathleen M. O'Donnell regarding a personal injury matter that was at a standstill and had been for a long time.
Attorney O'Donnell sorted through a five year mess, contacted the people that needed to be contacted and through her most professional expertise, she brought this matter to a close. She did this with caring, compassion, and integrity. Because of the complex and somewhat convoluted nature of this case, Attorney O'Donnell refused to bill me for her efforts on my behalf and returned the unsolicited check I sent to her.

Whatever you do you may want to stay away from "Kevin S Sullivan Chelmsford, MA" Someone told me this Kevin Sullivan is a real scum bag. His website links to a edit preview thing its all screwed up. Heard about Sully today on the radio about some case. Anyway.

Was reading about how someone with the name bacon was unsatisfied with the services of Sullivan, Kevin.

i used her service at the marcotte law firm and was very very unsatisfied. her handling of the case was lazy and thoughtless as she did nothing. i waited 2 years for 2200 bucks. my chiroprater, her buddy, got 7000. what a bum deal.
