I came here a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Jessica.
Tonight was a different story. I will never return again. The male tech was rude to me verbally, physically as he through my hand back in my lap, and completely unprofessional.
He not only was rough with filing my nail bed, but when I asked him to be more gentle, I received a perplexed look from him. It was as if I had offended him with my request. Now he was doing my nails with a chip on his shoulder and he made it clear.
He then scheduled an appointment with anther client as I was sitting there. After he removed 3 of my nails, he then asked me to return the next day to be taken care of by Jessica. I was told to leave.and come back. He was going to do a full set on a client coming in 30 minutes before closing.
These men were a disappointing example of customer service. And employee attitude typically trickles down from the owner.
If he knew that I tipped well, his attitude would have been different. Maybe he would have finished my nail fixes instead of scheduling a full set for someone else as I sat in his chair.response / report this review -

Came across this place accidentally. Went in expecting a regular pedi and am thrilled to say I got set up with Lacey. and had the BEST PEDI I have ever had!! Not only was the service amazing, Lacey was easy to chat with, funny and even brought out a blanket when I got cold! I travel to Fort Walton often and will def be back to Diva Nails and will be seeing Lacey again!!!

THE WORST NAIL SALON IN TOWN. Paid for gel, chipped off of each finger in 4 days. Went back owner was rude, fixed them only for them to chip the next morning!! Not to mention the staffs language is repulsive. Take your business anywhere else

Staff is wonderful and friendly. Jessica was very patient while I described the design I wanted because I didn't have a picture. The other lady who did my eyebrow waxing was very careful and attentive to my eyebrow ring. Conversations were also fun and exciting among everyone. I will definitely go back 😊

Overall terrible service and quality. I've been a few times but after the last visit, I won't be back. There are a few good techs who do a good job and care about the quality of the service they provide, but my last experience (which was very unpleasant) was directly with the owner and I'd rather give my business to another salon that actually cares about their customers.

Was recommended this place by a cousin while I was in town. Made an appointment so there was a short wait. Will go again. Clean tools.

Only gave it 3 stars because of the language permitted in here. I went as a mommy daughter date with my 7 yo & was appalled at the conversations going on around me. Also, they started me first and had my daughter wait for a pedicurist.

My pedicure and nail design are on point. She didn't take the same care with the manicure (and actually kind of cut me with her heavy filing), but it still looks good. The massage chair was amazing and worth it all by itself.

Pink and white acrylics done exactly the way I asked! I like mine extremely thin and usually get hassled by nail techs about it, but not here. Two weeks later and they've held up great! No lifting or chipping, which is hard to do with them so thin. Tried several nail places in town and have been repeatedly disappointed. After months of salon hopping, I've finally found my go-to!
