Staff were warm, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the building and grounds were well maintained. It is a small building, set back a little, on a corner, but we did not hear traffic noise. Would stay here again and would recommend others stay here.

My friends and I had a one night stay here over the weekend. We stayed in the double queen suite. The room and the exterior were very charming, the staff were polite and helpful, it's very close to the ferry terminal, and it was decently priced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even despite the cable provider having issues that resulted in half of the channels being messed up or not coming in at all.

Discovery Inn is perfect! Missy and Dan were incredible hosts and welcomed us with a smile, a treat and lots of great advice about what to do on the island. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and we have nothing but great things to say. Would absolutely stay again, and you should too!

Excellent! Dan and Missy are so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautifully done. And the grounds are expansive, allowing room for outdoor games or simply to enjoy being outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Discovery Inn is the first Inn we've visited where we actually wanted to hang out on the premises for dinner and relaxation. Missy & Dan are phenomenal hosts!! The building is not only gorgeous but impeccably well kept. We strongly recommend this place to anyone, with or without kids, all year round!! Bonus-- the hot tub is wonderful. We can't wait to return to this place.

Exceptional service and quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find Marriott quality hospitality in the bed quality and bathrooms. Managers Dan & Missy took care of us like royalty. They stored our bikes securely and were available for us to pick them up at 7:30am. I called Dan to please retrieve a bike part I forgot on the lawn. He answered right away and took care of it! Can't find this everyday! We'll be back

Absolutely wonderful, Dan and Missy are great people. The grounds and rooms are immaculately taken care of. Both Dan and Missy take extreme pride in what they do, and offer help at any turn. Well versed in the island, culture, life, and happenings.

Great stay at the Inn. Clean well kept room, affordable and very friendly staff and when we dropped at hat in the parking lot at checkout the staff drove the hat into town, located my vehicle and placed it on the door handlenow that is awesome service :)

The wife and I just stayed here Saturday night. We have no complaints. The hosts are very warm and welcoming just like others have said. Are room was clean, nice and cozy. The price was great especially for the location.

Missy and Dan are the most accommodating, sweet, genuine, helpful hosts I have ever met!! Love this hotel. Such a GREAT and reasonable price for an expensive island. Fridge and microwave, full bath and shower, flat screen TV, comfortable and warm beds, includes free water and chocolates too! I feel at home when I come here. Beautiful outdoor area with a pool and hot tub. They always give us a map of the island with suggestions of where to go as well. I absolutely recommend going here if you visit Friday Harbor, you will not regret it!
