My first visit with them was about 7yrs ago. They were ok and did have a couple of bad experiences there as time went by. After taking a break I went back and they got back on point and there customer service seems to become a consistent thing now. I am to go there now & I do take care of the techs with a little $ here and there.

Dropped in on a Friday at 1140 for a noon appointment to rotate and balance to
Tires I'd purchased at another location. Check in was complete about 3 mins after walking in the door. Checked out at 1225. Store was clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Would have liked for them to change the decal on the windshield with the mileage to come back, but didn't ask

The work itself was fine I think. I am really ticked off that they let me sit in the lobby area waiting on my car for more than one hour after the work on my car was finished! They left me sitting in the nearly vacant store waiting.
After waiting patiently for my name to be called I approached one of the workers to ask when my car would be ready. He found out that my car was finished an hour earlier! Their explanation was that my name had been called and I did not answer so they called my home to let me know the car was ready. Ridiculous! How and why would I have left and went home while my car was being serviced for a simple tire check and rotation and only one car had to be serviced ahead of me.
Their apologies fell on deaf ears. Their customer service is crappy. I will never visit this store again. I just hope they properly serviced my car and that the tires don't roll off because they forgot to put the lugnuts on!

Just like the other Discount Tires, the service is remarkable. They are always so happy to help out even if its just answering a question or putting air in my tires. You never feel like you're rushed or insignificant when you're there. They are all very knowledgeable as well and really do their best to always be efficient and quick. Great Job!

Hands down, the best customer service of any retail store ever. Just bought 7 new G-load-rated Hartland tires & Unique Steel wheels with tire pressure sensors for my 42ft toy hauler 5th wheel. Discount is my go-to store for any tire service requirements. Been doing buisness with these guys for years & will continue to do so. All the Discount Tires stores are great! 👍

This place is awesome. I bought tires for my beater work car and left with a 40k mile warranty for under 400 dollars. We also purchased tires for my wife's camry. Again received a warranty and tires for under 500. They are fairly fast and the customer service is awesome.

Pretty much every Discount Tire Store I've been to have great service and the employees are knowledgeable about any questions you may have, if not they will get someone who can, best of all about DTS Is, they repair flat tires and fill your tires for free when ever needed

They told me I would get a free tire rotation if I bought a set of 4. When i brought it in a few months later they said the front tires were too worn to rotate, even though theyre barely worn and thats why I'm trying to get them rotated! Plus the tires they sold me shouldn't wear too much to be serviceable after just a few months. Now I'm gonna drive until the fronts explode! They are more interested in selling tires than customer safety and satisfaction.

On one of the busiest Saturdays, we got a new tire from an Excellent service writer and he saved our lives!!! I wish I remembered his name, but he's got me as a cust 4 life! I recommend this location as exceptional and he exceeded my expectations!!

Great customer service. I went to Big O tires before and service wasn't even close. Kyle was very knowledgeable of his job and tires. Wasn't pushy in selling me a tires or any service. This experience definitely would tell others to get tires here.

Went in to patch my tire due to a screw, and service was quick and easy. Went in early, no wait time, no pushy upselling, car came back in the condition i left it in, in and out in about 35 minutes. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment, was seen promptly for a tire rotation and balance. The technician who performed the job, didn't adjust the tire pressure! Place was so busy that I just drove to the nearest gas station to adjust it myself.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I've been coming to this particular store now since 2013 and have always gotten top-notch service from their staff, as well as received a fair price on the tires I'd purchase. These guys are also *military friendly* (another main reason I keep coming back to them), and just generally have a pleasant / polite atmosphere overall. My latest experience with them happened earlier today when I came in to get one tire changed out, and was immediately greeted by someone with a smile, got some honest feedback on all my tire's conditions (without any specific sales pressure to buy all brand new ones), and also saw how they had lots of coffee and cold bottled water available to customers as we waited for our cars. I would definitely recommend these guys over anyone else in the area based on the sheer quality of service and support they've given me every time!
