Great pricing on tires especially when they have rebates going on. The staff is always friendly and professional. I recommend having an appointment if you plan on waiting for your car to be done, otherwise I would arrive a little before they open to be the first in line as they get busy very fast in the mornings. I would recommend discount tire for all your tire needs. I go here every winter to get my winter and summer wheels swapped and it's a breeze.

We have now purchased 4 new sets of tires from this location. Every time I am impressed by their professionalism and good recommendations. I do not feel like they are pushing me to spend more just so the salesperson can make a better commission. I also have had them order in an exact model of tire I wanted and they brought them in the next day. I will continue to spend my money here until that changes!

The staff is friendly, inviting, courteous, and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about customers (I watched them help others after I was helped). They have a large inventory and comfortable waiting area with activities to keep the little kids occupied. Bottled water was offered and the turnaround time was faster than expected. I will come back to swap out my winter tires for my summer tires. Thanks!

Got my tire patched here. Took maybe twenty minutes or maybe less, I wasn't even paying attention. They didn't charge me for the patch, I'm not sure if that's customary or not but it was a nice surprise. I will be back when I inevitably get a nail somewhere that can't be patched since I have the worst luck

Had a flat getting off the highway in Draper tonight. I drove into their parking lot as they were closing shop. They were so kind and replaced my tire in 5 minutes. They were all so awesome and took such great care of me even though they were probably hungry and ready to go home to their families! They have a loyal customer for life. Always great service.

Things were going well until I called in and the tires I ordered weren't available when they said they would be. Then when I arrived to install an acceptable equivalent tire, they had neglected to tell me that I could set an appointment. This is my first time buying tires at Discount tire. In between my first call and the time I arrived, they scheduled 10 other cars. This was after I said that I was on my way. I have been waiting for over 90 minutes and my car still hasn't been in the shop. Instead of letting me know that it was going to take longer, I sat and watched as a half dozen or more customers walked in and were taken care of ahead of me. Now I am going to be late for an appointment because I believed them when they said it would take about an hour to get me tires installed. This is not a good first impression.

The customer service at this location can not be matched. We had a blow out of the freeway and were riding on a spare trying to find a place to replace it. We came to this one and even though they were supposed to have been closed 40 minutes prior to our arrival and we said we didn't mind going some place else since we found out they were way passed their operating hours. Cory took us in and got our tire changed anyway. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone hates buying tires these guys made me hate it a lot less. When I couldn't afford 4 new tires for to car they did what they could and made it work for me! I have never been so impressed with such compassionate customer service when it comes to my car. I will never go anywhere else for tires ever again!

INCREDIBLE customer service. Christmas eve at 12:30 my tire got a flat in it. I rushed and got a spare on so I could try to make it to Discount Tire before they closed and I got there 5 minutes before they closed (like a real jerk) and I was sure they would turn me away. Neil and they guys were not only more than happy to take care of me but they also put on new snow tires for me when my tires didn't pass inspection. I couldn't believe how kind they were for having to stay a little later on Christmas eve and they repeatedly said "we're just glad you will be safe out on the roads now" We will continue to be forever Discount Tire fans. Thank you!!

Would be 5. Came in with no one in any bays. Took 15 min from getting keys to move the car in and another 45 min to put on tires. Recommendation, put in an effort to be timely in your work. Salesman is a 5 star guy. Really did enjoy talking to him.
