I have been coming here for years. Great location. Plenty of parking. Always an open lane on the range. The longest I have ever waited to go shoot is 2 minutes. The staff are always smiling and very friendly. Very clean facility and very nice target selection. I have only used the range so far but am always impressed with the excellent customer service I receive here. I recommend you go here to shoot. I have rented guns there too. Very cool.

Very helpful staff, they really know their stuff and care about their customers. Friendly, and laid back. Not crowded and good prices I'll only come here to shoot as well as all my gun purchases. Went back and bought my first gun from here and loved my visit all over again. Bought a few guns from them since. They always really cared about what I wanted and are open for me to shoot them all until I decide which one I want. Love them!

Good gun shop. Bought a couple handguns here at pretty sweet prices. Everyone is pretty cool, no one is pushy. They have a indoor range and its pretty cheap and they get you in pretty fast. They also sometimes have good sales on ammo.

I've purchased 2 firearms now (on separate dates) from the sales associate Richard, a glock 19 and a CZ 527. I was completely new to the whole process of buying firearms and Richard walked me through everything, from taking the Firearms Safety Certificate Test to choosing the right case for my rifle. He was super friendly and patient. An absolute pleasure doing business with this establishment.
I've purchased a membership and will be coming back here to shoot often! Friendly staff, great facility, and nice selection of firearms make this the best place to purchase or shoot firearms.response / report this review -

Best prices I've found for firearms. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You do have to take a number to get help and it does take a while for someone to get to you but it's expected as they really take the time to answer all your questions when being helped

going to update my review as i did go back to give DGM another chance. happy to say things seem to be better. it wasn't a very busy day but i was promptly waited on and i couldn't help but notice some new faces behind the counter.
was going to bump up from 1 to 3 stars, but threw in an extra one for Kyle their range instructor and an excellent teacher who will start you off with good habits.response / report this review -

As always, my range time there is an enjoyable experience. The ranges are set up nice, clean and convenient. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Their prices for the range good and get a whole lot better when you become a member.

I visited there 30 minutes before closing to ask some specific questions regarding two hand guns for a trip to Alaska. Unbeknownst to me til today, California no longer allows the borrowing of handguns as of 01/01/17, so I have to buy one now. Gun control at its finest, no borrowing, only purchasing. JD was incredibly helpful, patient, and has an opinion, which is nice when you are looking for the benefit of someone's experience. We discussed the purpose of the firearm, long term use and care, ammunition, etc. I will return in the morning to test the two rentals they have, make a purchase, and wait 10 days. The employees felt responsible, kind, open, and their customer service was great. Good place, highly recommend.

Worst customer service I've ever seen or experienced. The customer service desk is extremely rude and not helpful. The sales team was inexperienced and rushes you through the entire process. Hard to get their attention or straight answers. The accounting is terrible and takes forever. I would never spend another penny at this place. The owner is a good guy but his staff is awful. As a combat veteran I feel the shooting community deserves a lot more respect. They lost my business for life

The staff deserves PhDs in ballistic engineering.
Smart, helpful, effective guidance, and thorough!
Be prepared this place gets busy being that they are so good at what they do but you'll have PLENTY of fun toys to look while you wait.
Got my SIG AR here flat dark earth and she's a beauty!!

Great costumer service! Staff are very knowledgeable and take their time with each costumer. I bought my LWRC here and I am am very pleased that it was suggested to as an option to mid level and AR. I just wished they had afforded me 10% military discount with my $2,300 purchase as most gun shops would do to those who served and still serving. All in all this store is worth recommending!
