Do not order from here!!!!! AutoAnything Order #20035595 - Eryn Mack

I ordered running boards to suprise my husband for Christmas and the money was taken from my account immediately. The following Sunday I received notice that they couldn't process my order without any reason and sorry for the inconvenience. This level of service is intolerable and I will not be ordering from here again. I am curious to see how long it will take them to return my money back to me as this is unacceptable.

Reps dont answer the phone with any enthusiasm. They sound like robots who hate thier jobs. Asked to get the front desk, the rep just sent me to voicemail. I can find the same parts for less on other websites myself. Maybe there is something internally wrong with their management. But yea they do ship your order when you order, but then again so does AMAZON, EBAY, TURNER, AND MANY OTHER online auto parts store.

Terrible company, especially if you're asking for a solution for a missing part that was not shipped. I've ordered a set of wind deflectors for my van, they only sent me the front pair. I emailed them about another product and they responded in no time, but when i emailed them several times about the missing pair of wind deflectors from my order, they turned into a mute. I only asked that they send me the rear pair. I paid about $80 for the set. They are willing to loose their reputation for that amount.?? I would never buy from them again and would caution others not to as well. Pricing is not bad, I could have got the same price or even cheaper on other websites.

I ordered the Power Stop Performance Brake Calipers which looked really nice when I got them. I had my local automotive shop install them. The shop called me and told me that they test drove around the block and had a noticeable problem with one of the calipers. I came to the shop and drove it myself making it less than 1/4 mile and the left caliper completely seized requiring us to have the truck towed back to the shop. I called and was assured that I could get a warranty replacement sent out and that they'd contact me later with information I needed to get it taken care of. I've done that twice now and despite having a case number and the calls I've made I've received no call, no email, no contact whatsoever. I needed my truck so I had the shop remove the calipers and instead went with some units the shop sourced from NAPA. Like magic, no problem, the brakes now work fine. My mechanic put the defective caliper in a hydraulic press and couldn't get it to budgeclearly a bad unit. Anyway, I received a poor quality and potentially dangerous product and service after the sale has been nonexistent. I've learned a very expensive lesson the hard way.

Received the wrong order. I had ordered floor mats and received a car cover instead that was in terrible packaging. Called to return and have my actual order sent and was told they will not send what I ordered until they see a Fedex scan that I have sent back the car cover. Not a terrible experience but a lot of leg work for me, the customer, when I didn't make a mistake.

Just buy from Amazon or some other 3rd party Company. This company has no clue what they are doing and you are never notified of anything they do or don't do. I work for an online Company that ships Worldwide so i understand how things go and sometimes mistakes happen, But that's why email addresses and phone number are supplied So these mistakes can be fixed. Especially when the mistake is on the side on AutoAnything. Just shop elsewhere and save yourself the Hassle.

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order using overnight shipping and it was never applied. I called customer service to upgrade the shipping before the order got processed because I really needed the part ASAP - they told me they'd update my order and charged me the additional costs. The next day I got an update from FedEx that they sent my order via their ground service. When I called and asked why my order hadn't been updated to overnight when I was told otherwise, the response was "well we sent an email and it usually takes them 48 hours to read it". When I asked if she thought updating shipment information might be something that can't afford to wait that 48 hour period, especially when all you have to do is pick up the phone and have a 1 minute conversation with the shipping department, the response was "you're right, it probably can't wait".

My experience with AutoAnything has been nothing less than extraordinary. I got a really good deal on some steps for my JKU and arrived in the time frame advised. Packaging was good and didnt have any issues with the company. I was skeptical before ordering due to the bad reviews listed but I'd reccomend them and use them again. And no I was not paid for this post. Thanks AutoAnything.

After a big delay (out of stock, misscomunication.etc.) Today i finally recieved my parts. They did handle the situation way more over my expectation. Word of advise: keep in touch with them. I've ordered multiple times from this company, and love their products. Most recent purchase was my rims for my 04 Mini. Ordered friday, recieved no tracking number, but FedEx showed up Saturday with my rims! Autoanything always comes through :)

Only reason for the 4 stars is because they didn't tell me about the spacers and lug bolts I needed for the aftermarket rims

This company truly stinks! They sent half of the order correct which resulted in me paying a-lot more in labor cost because I had to go and buy the correct strut mounts. You sent the right struts with incorrect strut mounts. Thank you very much!
