I will never order from this service again, I pre-ordered a comic for my wife back in May, its now December, the comic was released in June. I also paid all in full at the time of purchase, and they continued to take try and money from my account. Probably THE WORST service I have ever had the displeasure of using. If I could give no stars i would. Support your local comic book shop, DONT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

Been buying comics from DCBS for years through mail order. They are Johnny On The Spot fast and accurate 99.9% of the time and they do enough bulk business to have the best prices in the industry. You could do a LOT WORSE than using DCBS for your current comic needs. They also have great deals on trade paperbacks.

Horrible customer service. They forget to ship orders and cannot take responsible for their fault and make no attempt to make it right. Do not use their service! Support your local comic shop. It may cost you more but at least you will be supporting people worth your time and money and that actually care about you as a costumer.

And now I cannot access my account. I have orders still with them and they took my money for them but I cannot see the status of the orders. They are not replying to emails. I have no idea if I will be getting the items I paid for and they do not refund any money.

Whoo boy! What a selection of graphic novels! Amazing! I'd be here on a weekly basis if I lived closer. Great selection of toys and a large gaming area.

Prices are decent, but most employees sit at the desk and browse their facebook, read comics, or talk on their cell phones instaed of answering the phone or helping customers.

One employee always checks the back for inventory, but the last few times ive been in the employees just told me that everything in stock was on the shelves, withoit even looking up from their phones.
