  Best oyster bar I have ever seen. The owner is a great person and all of the staff from the waitress to the shuckers are spot on they do excellent work.

  I been coming to Wayne's (now Dillard's Oyster Bar) in Graceville, Florida since 1985They treat you like family and the oysters (raw & baked) are the best! Let Jason shuck you a few dozen and get a bottle of his "Black Pepper Sauce"! They have an excellent seafood market also.

  The best ever. I have traveled much and had lots of Oysters. No need to go anywhere else but Wayne's Oyster Bar if traveling through Graceville.
  Great new owner's and you will certainly get first class care.
