Slow service and inconsistent with arrival times. I order at work because I work 3rd shift and there aren't many places open at that particular time, so I usually order from them because they are usually open but every time I do they end up taking more than an hour just to deliver, sometimes an hour and a half would past and I litteraly have to call them to remind them that I ordered. Then all they day is "oh its on the way", how about a little customer service. Coming from home to work after 8 hrs of sleep and no food to eat and having to wait more then an hour for the food is rediculous and they have no excuse for taking this long to deliver a pizza

I have ordered from them for YEARS. Their food is so good I've put up with it for way too long. But your South Whitney experience starts with:
-Someone on the phone being annoyed you've called
-Predatory delivery men who hit on women upon delivery (we've literally had the men at work answer the door when possible it's so uncomfortable)
-Wrong orders that take hours to get fixed, and zero customer service
-Prices that seem to change at random
-A totally unorganized back-end

Rude and inconsiderate to their customers. I just called in an order from a menu I received yesterday. The item was listed at 6.99. I gave them a ten and received 2 back. When I got home I checked the menu then called them back to see why I was charged 8$. Their excuse was that I should only have been charged 6.50 and if I went back they'd refund the 50 cents. This from the same employee I made the call to and picked up the order from and called back to.
I've not been happy with their service for sometime now and the only reason I've kept going there was because my wife likes the food but she hasnt seen the rudeness I've been putting up with. If you value good food and customer service, go to Sisson Ave pizza on Farmington and Sisson.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!! ESPECIALLLY WHEN YOU SIT AT THE BAR!!!
IF YOU ARE ALONE WELL YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ORDERED..IF YOU ARE IN A GROUP OF FRIENDS CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD BECUASE THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD NOT JUST ONCE BUT TWICE AND THEN TELL YOU YOU FORGOT TO PAY OR FORGOT THE LAST THREE OR FOUR BEERS SOMEONE SITTING WITH YOU ASKED FOR !!! ITS HAPPENED TO ME 3 TIMES AND IM MAKING SURE NEVER EVER AGAIN HAPPENS PLEASE PAY YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND ASK ANYONE WHO'S WITH YOU TO PAY THEIR DUES!!! Literally the worst service and pizza I've ever had! We ordered delivery, they said it would be 30-40 mins. After 1hr we called, they said it went out for delivery. Another 15min went by called again. They said they didn't know where it was. After 1hr 40min the pizza arrives. Absolutely no sauce and doused in garlic. If I wanted garlic bread I would've gotten the frozen loaf from stop & shop and cooked it myself in 15mins. Horrible.

South Whitney was my go to for Pizza until this evening. While paying for my food I observed the cooks making pizza without washing their hands OR taking the 2 seconds it takes to put on gloves if washing hands is too much of a commitment. Aside from not having healthy hygene habits, I've also found hair on my crust. Save your money or go elsewhere unless you're into that type of thing. Gross!

They are trash. They customer service is trash. They only want money and don't care about the service they provide. I placed an order. They took over an hour to come and it was just a burger with fries. Then I cancelled my order and never wanted to return the money. They kept hanging up on me and tell me manager was coming in and to call back, but when I do, the manager still never makes it in. They are thieves

I placed three orders for delivery and they forgot one he came two hours later. And they take there own tips before they give you your change back 🤦♀️ I'm done with south Whitney pizza 😡😡😡
