Excellent service. They went above and beyond. My vehicle is only two years old and I was having regular oil and tire rotation performed and they found that my battery tested low. Diehl's installed a new battery while still under warrant.

Unexpectedly I had to purchase another vehicle due to having my car demolished in an accident. I went to Diehl's Ford in Grantsville, MD. I was looking for a used car due to limited funds. Ben Diehl was wonderful! He not only found me a car at a good price, it was in very good shape and very low mileage.
