  My husband and I had a ring that we owned (and quite disliked) reset by Diana’s Jewelers. Betsy was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional when helping us choose a new setting for the ring. We changed our minds around a million times and Betsy never once made us feel as if we were a burden. The ring is beyond gorgeous and I hope to become a family heirloom someday and I can pass down to one of our three boys. It’s truly a work of art and we couldn’t love it more. So glad we chose to work with Diana’s.

  If you have family treasures you want treated with the utmost care, respect and creativity - visit Diana in Liverpool! The level of professionalism, experience, guidance and integrity displayed by the staff is exceptional. We had some family treasures to repair and resize, as well as some to reimagine for granddaughters and great granddaughters. We were given terrific advice and service, timely, lovely results and an all round enjoyable experience. In addition, while waiting, we admired the extensive choices in new merchandise and created a wish card for future special occasion purchases. Could not be happier!

  I cannot thank Betsy and her team enough for their AMAZING service and devotion to finding the right setting for my stone within my price range. They are the ONLY jeweler I visited that treated me with nothing but respect and she made sure to find a way to suit my needs. The first thing they said upon seeing my stone was "what a beautiful stone!" Many jewelers I visited told me I would never get the piece I wanted within my price range and continuously tried to sell me other rings that were "superior" to the stone I had. I absolutely could not be happier with the design we settled on and cannot wait to show off my ring!

  I would like to commend everyone that works at Diana Jewelers for the outstanding service that they have provided me with this past June. It was so good that I returned again recently with my Mom and they provided her with that outstanding service as well! Betsy and her staff went out of their way to help with both my Mom and Dad's 80th Birthday presents. The staff was so helpful and the jewelry is absolutely beautiful! If you want to make the right choice, go and see Betsy and her staff!

  I purchased a very custom engagement ring with an obscure stone from Diana Jewelers. Betsy was the absolute best and managed to get several samples of the very rare stone and went over them with me over many months until we found the right one. Then she had the ring made in a custom setting that I picked. The whole process was amazing and unbelievably professional.
  
  I cannot say enough about Betsy and Diana Jewelers. It's not as well known as some of the competition, but having been to almost everyone else around, Betsy was just the best.
  
  They literally treat you like a family member the moment you walk in the door. Amazing.
