Best pedicure around! A little higher prices but worth it. Just wish there wasn't always a 2-3 hour wait.

Terrible experience my nails are messed up they hurt my nails and very expensive they are not good at designs my moms French tip toe nails are crooked they left my little sister in her chair for a long time to go to another customer! They had to redo my little sisters nails and they are very rude and didn’t communicate with us and we’re harsh on my moms message!!! Never coming back here!!! They said we could leave but my little sisters nails were still not dry!

If I was you guys I would not spend my money with these people here they are rude in they all talk about their costumes I came in and turn on my Voice translate and listen to them all I was very surprise i’m really sad that they was talking about this one lady but in all reality that’s what you can expect when they’re talking in their language… i was overcharged because I was on the list and they lost the list and they blamed one of the nail techs so she told me to come back and I’m like I’ve been here already for two hours so I stayed in she overcharged me mind you I got a pedicure Full set and my eyebrows arch and the price was almost 200 dollars I would never go there again these people are nasty I just cannot believe how they treat their customers. I wish I could put a zero ❌❌❌ Be warned

I waited almost an hour before getting my nails done even though I called in and was at the top of the list, spent two hours there.My tech was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never in my life been spoken to in such manner as she spoke. She was very argumentative and hostile. I told her I was not trying to have a confrontation with her. She made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
As a paying customer I should be able to tell you what I want and what I see needs fixing on my nails. She even threw her 10 years of experience at me as a nail tech, which I was not questioning nor did I care. However, those 10 years did not pay off. My nails are uneven, not the right color and they look like "clubbed fingers" and the image I showed of what I wanted, I did not get. I do not like my nails to look "clubbed" I'd rather them much flatter and an even joining from my cuticles to nail bed, I have a "dip". Either way, I will not be returning here and I shall make sure everyone knows of the rude behavior/customer service I encountered. I felt she could of handled the situation as a professional person and not as someone who wanted to scuffle.response / report this review -

I wished I got the name of the guy who did my nails! He was shading amazing! He took his time on me and made feel super comfortable and didn't cut me with the drill! These past couple of years as far as finding somewhere to go & feel relaxed without the fear of getting cut. Will definitely be going back!
