We're a 10+ year business in Plano, and this is the worst experience for repair we've ever had. Called them to repair a door stopper, not even a door replacement. Stopper wasn't even replaced, just the screws on them. Labor fee 800$ for 30 minutes. Never use them unless you're willing to pay nearly a thousand for a few screws.

Edit: Tim took good care of us, and will change the 1 star only because of him.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Buyer beware. This company is very unprofessional and very unorganized. I was coordinating a project and had to pay for three trip charges for the other party as the installers no showed on the first installation date, then didn't have the glass for the doors on the 2nd installation date, and didn't have the frames fabricated for the third date. If i had not already paid a deposit I would not have moved forward with their work. Go elsewhere where you time, money, and business is valued. Their work was sloppy and they had to come back to finish their work once they finally arrived prepared.

We contracted with DH Pace to put in a total of 6 doors and associated dock equipment. After 9 months they can't seem to get the work completed, don't respond to inquiries on status, and pretty much ignore us. When they have showed up, they do some work and leave without completing the work. I would not recommend DH Pace to do ANY work for anyone at this point. Absolutely horrible in my opinion.

The best way to describe DH Pace is “easy to work with”. Best commercial door company in TX. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. Everyone there is very nice and a pleasure to work with.
