Poor service. Shop around for other storage units before giving these people your money.

it is hard to believe that in 2017 people use this kind of business practices, try next door, this business should have their license removed. The belongings stored there are NOT yours, don't steal!

I've used it for 3 yrs as a garage then moved n didn't have a unit for a year or so then I moved outta town n used them again and I've had nothing but good attitudes n smiles from them and they watch your stuff n remember you and always treat you as a friend

I am the new manager and have been here since February, 2011. I was a tenant for over a year, before I took the job. We constantly address any issues with the roofs, doors, latches, etc. We can only fix what people inform us about. We do not have keys to our tenants' units, so we are unable to get in them for inspections, unless they bring an issue to our attention and let us in. Unfortunately, we cannot control the fact that some inconsiderate people throw things on the roof, for reasons I cannot imagine, which causes leaks. We find a surprising number of batteries tossed up there, I can't figure out why, but they corrode and cause pin-hole leaks. As for the owner being a liar, I strongly disagree. Perhaps one of the previous managers may have been less than honest, but that's why they are gone and I am here. I have found the owners to be honorable and decent folks, or I wouldn't be here.
