Horrible rude drivers. One of your drivers just blocked a 1way street for 25min because he insisted on getting unloaded that instant and couldn't pull up and wait his turn. Wow what ignorance and when I called customer service they didn't care. There was plenty of room for him to pull up so traffic could pass but he refused and even gave me the figure when I honked for him to move.will never use this company or recommend it to anyone

We are a distributor who receives pallets daily from multiple freight lines.
RLCarriers is by far the worst. Not only the worst but the worst every time.
Lost completely
Damaged goods
Lies about transits and times.
When you call they quickly help you understand that they dont care at all.

Don't bother with these guys. I arranged to have delivery made on a specific date including calling thorughout the day of delivery for delivery times and they kept pushing it forward until it didn't show up and so they tell me it will be delivered between 9am and 1pm the next day. And the next day I call again for delivery time and they *actually* say that they can't tell me when it will be delivered. If you're a shipping company and you can't tell your clients when something will be delivered, you may want to reconsider your business model. Maybe include a free cat with delivery or something. Just another business that rips people off by wasting their clients' time. And now it's 12:56pm and they still aren't here! Big surprise! Will it ever be delivered?
