The apartments here are trashed and then management tries to do the bare minimum to clean and repair them before they let you move in. Management is a mess. The whole place has cockroaches, stray cats, mice, and lizards. The washing machines break and the laundry room floods. The pool is dirty. The gym smells like cleaning chemicals. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. The appliances are old and of the worst quality. They say they spray the apartments with big spray if you call and schedule it but the bugs are still there the next day. A lot of people leave their trash near the back doors near the street instead of walking to the garbage cans probably because there's only 2 places for garbage and they're not very close to many apartments. They let the grass get really long. Security is nice but not very serious. And neighbors have stolen our ups packages that had been left at our door. Overall the whole place is not well kept.

worst place to live, and only raising the rent higher. there's cockroaches, maintenance are paid poor but they do they're best. its the management that is the worst. you can find some place better to live that is cheaper. its a year lease and they'll charge you ridiculous amount of money. please don't go here, you've been warned..

The only good thing about this place is its location! Structures (apartments) and appliances are very OLD, poorly kept. Lots of rats and cockroaches in the ceilings. Security has been slightly improved but still lacking. Customer service, there is none.

Seen a lot of reviews of this place and it seems like a lot of them are unfair. Yeah, this place is a bit old but for the price, this is going to be the best place you will find in this area hands down. I've been living here for 6 years now. The management has always responded in a timely manner. The place is continually upgrading. This year they bought new washers and driers, last year they upgraded the pool area, and the year before that they remodeled the gym. Yeah the changes have been slow but they ARE renovating. Now if I can get a new AC, I might stay a couple more years. Lol.

Great Place to live - Fresh clean cut grass + town house style, gated residency.
Depends on how clean a tenant keeps its unit clean; unclean, tenants bring pest.
Clean, tenants don't see pest.

My friends, and neighbors unit is Clean.
Miami, is a tropical climate there will be sorts of bugs everywhere.

Tenants, JUST KEEP IT CLEAN :)

Design Place, is a great place to live. With a location like this ( close to everything)

The only good thing is the food at the cafe that man cooks delicious!! The gym they always say they are "renovating", our scooter was stolen and supposedly is a GATE COMMUNITY. They said they weren't responsible. Roaches, room is hot no air conditioner and we had carpet in our rooms. $1400 for two bed and one bath is way too much,

I been living here for 3 long years and after everything i had deal with i think its time for an honest review.

Price: Not terrible considering what others are charging in the area BUT they raise it every single year by $100 to $200 bucks (NOT WORTH IT AT ALL)

Quality of service: Worst i seen. There's a bunch of liars, nasty attitude & unhelpful staff. The manager is the only soft spoken but that doesn't even mean you can trust what he says. The security guards themselves will tell you they can't help you with a nasty attitude even if you just want to ask a question about something that's going on in the community.

Maintenance: TERRIBLE. The whole time i been here they refuse to give me a better AC every though mine doesn't cool the place down. They come and "fix things" and it breaks 2 weeks later so they decide not to come again.

Deposit: DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP (that's all i have to say about that)

Managers: Don't return phone calls, lie about being on brake, that kind of scenario.

Long story short, look somewhere else. The community might seem nice and clean when you first come to check it out but that's how they get everyone. There's enough places out there that will give you better quality for some more money with great staff and maintenance to actually take care of you. Hope this helps.

Management sucks but the food in the cafe is delicious enough to eat every day 😍🙌🏼 giving dplace 3 stars just for the cafe, if I was rating the cafe alone they would get 5 stars

My daughter was shown an impeccable apt. to entice her to move in and we had a bomb dropped on us!!! She was given a filthy apt., with run down air conditioning boxes, water damage walks and doors, and worse, a stove that the Gas company deemed immediately hazardous and asked my daughter to have it removed. After the maintenance supervisor had it removed, three hours later the very same stove was installed!! When my daughter asked why in the world would they risk her life with a leaking gas pipe, she was told they don't have any other to give!!!! My daughter moved 5 days ago, and it has been hell since the second we arrived!!! I have been told by the maintenance supervisor that the general manager knows about the stove but if I want resolution, I have to ask for a different stove!! I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!! For $1,600 a month she got a $300 worth of housing. Our legal fight is about to begin.

The location is great. The place is well kept on the outside and is gated so it's pretty safe. Pool and gym are a good addition. However, the place is OLD. Patch over patch over patch So they keep a very big crew to maintain it. The crew is Miami. Don't expect fast/ prompt/ great service, that's when they come. More then once I had to call the office and argue for them to fix an issue. I had the managers (Abid and Frank) on speed dial and had to constantly call them to get things done.

I read a lot of complaints about bugs/ mice/ rats. Well then, Miami+old patched apartments+ lush plants outside= all of the above. Over the time we were there we had termites, ants, and a dead rat in the wall. These are all a given considering the buildings interior condition.

I had no issues getting my deposit back.

Overall, you get what you pay for.
