The initial consultation was personable. After the retainer fee was obtain by the firm, the progress was very slow. The attorney assigned to help with the case was not too knowledgable nor helpful with our case. Communication was subpar. Our matter still remained unresolved and have to look for an alternative firm to finish what they started.
