  I went through several attorneys to find someone to take my dad's case. When Burg Simpson took the case, I really didn't expect to get much as the company that cause my dad's injury was bankrupt. They got my dad almost 4 times what I had expected. I'm thrilled and so is my dad. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

  I would like to say the beginning was just like dating, calls always returned and then we blew it. We got married and then it took 2-3 times if not more to get an update. I was told oh we are having trouble finding someone on the clinical side who handled IV Phenergan burns then you found someone that, that is all this individual did. Then it was the search for the Dr., then it was oh how is your day going? And BOOMB here it comes you are no longer going to handle my case and would go no further, what happened did Dignity promise to pay for some TV time?? You swore to me Ronda Kelso I had a case so I only have one conclusion and that is Dignity had deep pockets!!

My case was assigned to Chris Post who provided 5 star service and professionalism from the start. Chris and his team expertly guided me through a difficult and lengthy process to ensure my best interests were protected. I’m truly grateful I sought out professional representation instead of attempting to negotiate myself.

  Burg Simpson did an excellent job handling my case. Andrew Gartman helped guide me through my entire process after I was struck by a drunk driver who ran a red light. In a time where my car was totaled and I was recovering from injury, Burg Simpson and Andy did a great job helping me through it!
