I am handycaped and require help. I had difficulty getting in exam chair because arm rest could not move out of the way. Chair was not comfortable. My back hurt for a couple days afterwards. X-ray technician helped as much as she could. She was pleasant and explained what she was going to do. She was speedy with all the x-rays. Dr. Pepper was professional and gentle during exam. People were helpful opening doors for me. It's difficult with a walker.

I have been going to dental concepts for over 12 years and I don’t ever want to go to another place. Staff is friendly, communicative, and professional. I’ve seen pretty much all of the dentist and I am happy to be seen by any of them. Happy and thankful for a continuous great experience. Cheers to a great smile 😃

I've been coming to Dental Concepts for over 20 years and usually they're pretty good. But past few years I haven't had best experiences. I've asked 3times to get an approval for a certain procedure and they keep getting approval for other procedure instead of the one I've been asking for. Another time I waited for almost an hour in dentist chair and just ended up leaving.

Dr.Verdugo is an amazing dentist. That man a lot of years of experience in the dental field and he will always offer healthy recommendations. Many of the modern day dentists are simply here to make money. Dr. Verdugo goes above and beyond, great quality of work. My only negative comment about this dentist office. Ever since COVID happened, it became harder to schedule an appointment because of all the patients. My advice to a new patient or a current patient, try to make an appointment in advance. Before COVID it was a lot easier to book an appointment but now you'll need to wait long periods of time for a dentist visit. Also, if you show up more than 15 min late. You might as well not show up. This dentist office runs a very tight schedule. I do wish dentist office can offer more flexibility with a little bit late but I also understand they run a business. Other than that. Great dentist office and staff are always helpful.
