Overall nice place. If picking up belongings be sure to arrive before 5pm on weekdays so that an employee can escort you. I had to make the drive twice before being able to get my things because the first time I arrived when there was only one available person.

I have had good and bad experiences with wrecker companies throughout my years. None could compare to the one I had with Dillinger. My 1st contact after my car was towed was with Mike, he was very understanding, informative, and amazing customer service skills. Due to issues that my car was having (not due to anything Dellinger had done) I requested to talk to a manager which was Tom. I can not say enough good things about this man. He walked me through the issues and executed a solution, he truly cares for people and is a strong asset to this company. Thank you Mr. Dillinger for all you, your employees and company did for me!

Had to wait a very long time even though we called ahead by 45 minutes and there were no other customers. Friend of mine had a seizure at the wheel and wrecked his car. Spent 4 days in hospital. Went directly there from picking him up. Had to wait over an hour just to see the car. He had no recollection of the shape it was in. Just to find out it is totalled and not drivable. Then he had to bribe the guy that took him in the lot to get his phone and cash out of the glove box. I know it's standard to charge a daily fee and, of course, not release the car without payment, but have a heart!

Called to have them tow my car, but all I needed was a jumpstart, which Wolf did for me. He was great. Highly recommended.

Talked to them on the phone, wouldnt let me see my car until everything was paid first. After insurance finally manned up and paid the fees i was able to see my car and get my belongings. The staff and supervisor Andy are very nice and helpful people. This is their job and they expect to be paid before helping you first. After getting paid they were very nice and professional. Didnt have a hard time and went in and out without any hassle. Insurance was pissed that my car was their for a long time but whatever wasnt my fault. They ended up paying for it anyways. RIP to my first Car.

My car overheated on Wesley Chapel - Weddington Rd. 10:24 p.m. I called Dellinger, they said they had a wrecker on the way to Monroe. He could probably be enroute in 20 minutes and would cost 200.00 to tow me home 60 miles away. 1 hour and 20 minutes later they returned the call and said they had miscalculated and it would be 300.00. I said no. Were they trying to take advantage of me, because I had already waited and hour and 20 minutes, so they were going to break their offer by increasing the amount by 50%? I called Eric's Paint, Body, and Wrecker, which is 60 miles away. He was there in and hour and 10 minutes, and charged me 200.00. Eric's was good service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Company's like this is what make Americans look bad.
After a very serious accident our car was picked up by Dillinger Towing and brought to there yard. Then it was then delivered to lake Norman auto-body the next morning where we went to collect our things. To add insult to injury a watch was stolen out of the console. We called and asked Dillinger if a watch was taken out that it's missing the woman actually was very condescending as if we where making it up. She blew us off and said "well what do want me to do?" It was so obvious the watch was stolen under there watch but she refused to even say I'm sorry "let me ask and see if a driver grabbed it." What a terrible company I'd never in my life been so insulted by someone. I hope someone reads this and they lose business because to them it's money not people.

The crew here was extremely patient and helpful, even with us needing to be there somewhat late in the day. They helped us make sure we recovered everything from our car and assisted us in obtaining a rental car.

Everybody else has said bad things but I figured give them a shot and let them prove themselves. The service I got was amazing the employees where polite and they got to the pickup point with much haste. Very good rate for what I needed. I'm sure I will use them again.

When I called Dellinger Wrecker Service earlier in the week they stated one price when I arrived at the tow yard the quoted a whole different price. The had recollection or notes from our conversations. Once the tow fully paid the car was totaled with body damage, wheel damage, and other issues. The car had a flat tire on the front passenger side nw the back driver side was completely damaged. Since a Lexus is rear wheel drive the Dellinger failed to realize the wheels would lock in tow therefore damaging the rear of the car with no regard for others people property. Now the car can not be driven unless 5000 worth of work is put into the car and this over a flat tire. This review is to put Dellinger on notice that this experience has not been forgotten. You can not treat customers that way and continue to run a successful business. The worse tow company in Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

My car was towed here after a wreck by the request of CMPD. They charged me $100 for towing and once I discovered the car was totalled and I had no way of getting rid of it they offered to buy it for salvage. I returned the next day with my title and these idiots didn't have a check to pay me so they did a refund on the money I paid them for the tow. Afterwards, they told me that it would take 5-10 days to see the refund back on my card.

I went back and forth with these unprofessional, incompetent fools to no avail. This one guy who was the general manager was the most unprofession and inept of all. This is not a legitimate business in their dealings. They requested that I sign the title over and my signature was the only one on it. The odometer reading wasn't listed nor was buyers name. When I reviewed the signature line it was a stamped name from a salvage yard in Ft. Mill, S.C. but I paid the money to this tow company in Pineville. I plan to follow up on this transaction and every thing better be right.
