They lured me there with fslse promises. Then called me and said they would call me today between 12:00&1:00 to make it right. havent heard from them should have expected that though after what happened Saturday.

I bought a civic 2 years ago. Adam was fantastic. Just traded it in for a preowned crv. Had same sales associate adam. Fantastic!!!he was so helpful..got us a great deal.. went above and beyond for us..put up with our joking too!!!fantastic salesman. See him if you want professionalism and down to earth person. Would go back to him anyday

This was the worst car buying experience EVER! I will never go back.
They wanted to charge me for mud flaps and nitrogen (tires) that was included in their internet price. Plus they added $200 to the price quoted on the internet after I caught a 'mistake' of them charging me for leasing, which they knew I was there to buy not lease. Don't trust the internet sales manager, sales manager or used car director!! These 3 guys are worse than watching an elementary play on how they 'performed'. $32,163 (CRV Touring) was the best internet price I received by a few dollars but in hind site it wasn't worth the aggravation these yahoo's put my wife and I through.
Note: I emailed the general manager of the place and he never respondedI'm shocked!!.
Update: 6/30/17
I had to argue for a half hour with the sales manager to get an additional $450 for my trade to bring it to $4K and all the time him saying I want to much for it…they turn around and have it listed for $8,978!! I should have walked away. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else. They tried to cheat me twice. I’m the original owner of the red 2005 Pilot with 138K miles that they are advertising so I know what this car has been through…’Buyer Beware!!’.response / report this review -

I want to thank Alan for helping me with my 3 honda from Delaney. I live a hour away from there but wouldn't go anywhere else. Am in love with my car thank you Delaney for everything.

Bought my favorite Honda here and 6 months later I got my wifes Honda here. I would never buy a new car unless I feel good about who I got it from, let alone 2 cars. I recommend this place. The Maintenance people are great as well.

HORRIBLE FOLLOW UP. MICHAEL BLACK the used car director is very unprofessional, but after we took car home IN DARK we noticed that there were tears in rear seats. We called and scheduled to have them fixed by their upholstery guy. We arrived last Tuesday and to no avail he was not there, the had forgot he wasn't available. Scheduled another appointment for today, got there and had to wait an hour for the guy to actually show up. Mr. Black is very rude Do not give these people your business!!! They are very inconsiderate of your time, not worth your time or business!!!
