  Buyers - WATCH OUT. The clerks lie about their products the shop sells.
  
  I live in PC. I was on a deliberate mission to buy pair of quality, POLARIZED, sunglasses.
  
  I am a red head, with green eyes and I must have polarized sunglasses for my sensitive eyes.
  
  I tried on a pair of "Sara Brighton " sunglasses, which this store carries an entire line of. I first asked the clerk if they were POLARIZED. She stated to me, in front of my partner, that the entire line was POLARIZED and that YES, the ones I was about to try on were POLOARIZED.
  
  I bought them at a steep price but within the budget I allowed for POLARIZED sunglasses.
  
  I had them in my car and had not used them for weeks since I had recently moved. When i got them out to try them in the sun - I quickly realized they are NOT Polarized. My eyes did not relax.
  
  I got online and sure enough I read that they are NOT POLARIZED. I was angry because it is a pain to go over to Pier Park in the summer. It is 45 minutes from my home and the summer traffic is terrible.
  
  We went to return them and was told it was over their 7 day policy. But I stated that I was lied to by their clerk - in fact it was the same girl I was retuning them to that sold them to me.
  
  She did not deny it. However, she said it was beyond the 7 day return policy. My partner and I were STUNNED. Seriously - you LIED to me. We thought for sure she was mistaken since it was not our erro. We asked her to call the owners and explain she had lied to us or I would never have purchased them and we wanted our money back so that I could buy a real pair of POLARIZED sunglasses.
  
  She claims she called and that the OWNER said NO - it was past their 7 day return policy.
  
  People - DO NOT shop at this store unless you want to risk the same treatment we got. This is an example of very poor customer service. There are plenty of other shops that treat you well to spend your money in.

  I bought a bra on 4th of July for $18 on sale. I went to exchange it today and had to pay full price! Ridiculous. It was just an exchange for the same thing.

  this is the most ridiculous stores/companys ever! i visited this store last week while on vacation.. i walked in with my fiance and he told me to pick out basically anything i loved. after doing a walk around, not one single employee said hello, how are you, welcome, can i help you, etc. being a previous store manager at a boutique i would have been so embarrassed. there were 4 girls working this day all glued to the desk talking to eachother not minding anyone in the store ( there were only a few of us in there ) they continued their own conversations and never once took a look at a customer. i felt so unwelcomed, we left. cute stuff but why would i spend money to a place like that who employs people incompetent of their job. why are you there? espicially 4 of them! again, not one single word was uttered as i was leaving.. no goodbye, cya, come again.. nothing. so i decided this company should know about my experience, maybe it could help the girls working like some feedback to improve.. i found their instagram that was tagged the 'pier park' and i wrote them saying ya know i just didnt have the best experience. another commenter/customer from another day ( yesterday ) said she just visited the store and had the same exact issue! to my surprise this morning, all the comments were deleted!! lol like are you serious? i would NEVER waste any money of this business especially one who cant take feedback when its needed. GOOD LUCK ;)
