I would rate zero stars if possible. About 20 years ago, we boarded our Cockatiel Budgie at this place. He was such a sweet little bird. He loved his cage to be up high, such as on top of a filing cabinet. We asked them to keep him up there, for his safety and his peace of mind; he loved to be able to survey his area. The neglectful staff instead decided to place his cage on a low end table in the reception area.

One of the staff lost control of a dog. This dog knocked Budgie's cage off the table and onto the floor. Our little Cockatiel died of shock. If you are looking for a vet to take care of your feathered avian friends, look elsewhere; they have no idea what they are doing.

It may have been 20 years ago, but I have not forgotten. Our Budgie was a member of our family, and they allowed him to die through an act of carelessness.

We rescued a kitty and my parents take their cat to Parkway so me and my husband decided to take the rescue there to get checked/get shots/etc. The staff was so nice! They immediately knew that she had ear mites (ouch), they told us approx how old she was and after they were done she looked so much more relaxed. She's only 10 weeks and we literally rescued her from the woods where she was all by herself! Love this place. Treats your loved pets well. Only took about 5 minutes to be seen too.

We rescued a dog 2 and 1/2 years ago. I waited about 6 weeks before taking her to the vet and was told to try Parkway Animal Hospital. The staff is very friendly, front counter staff included. They genuinely love the animals. I do not try to come on the "shot clinic days" because it will be insanely crowded with all types of animals and stressful. The building and decor is a bit dated but the staff takes care of our dog and that's what counts.

We got a recommendation to bring Pepsi here and could not be happier. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are super affordable. Worth the drive from the other side of the beach!

Friendly staff. Quick response/appointment times. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking about affordable vet care! My cat is doing great after surgery.

Years have past and I'm still in grief over the lost of my pet and the true expertise of this vet office. We relocated to this area and being this office was in the neighborhood I registered and filed all medical records from out previous vet. See my pet dog Jenny had seizures. Usually the routine was cortisone shot and a round of antibiotics. This time with vet when the seizures set in we visited the vet. Of coarse they had to do their own money racket instead of following medical records. They took blood for test which they obviously have to send out unlike other offices. When I ask well what do I do if another seizure starts after hours. Vet says call emergency service and I'll meet you . at 1 in the morning it started.. Emergency service treated me as I were stupid and said nothing can be done if your dog is not hit by a car. The next morning after 11 seizures that night.. When the office open I call. They say bring her right over. When we got there i went to desk and was told to sit Even after i explained the situation..We waited and waited while my daughter held the dying dog. Finally I got very hostile .. I'm screaming will somebody please take this dog. The lady at the desk said ms. Sit down and wait your turn. By now were crying. I get up go in back and grab a lady.. Drag her to my daughter and said plz She took our Jenny and that is the last time we seen her alive. The same lady at the desk later come to us presenting a bill for $175. For what??? Every Saturday that I ride by that place a tear comes up All the ppl waiting in horrendous lines to see the vet . office owned by vet and run by interns?? Never again Never

I would not recommend this place to anyone I had a scheduled neutering for my cat and because my cat had a scratch on his eye and was feeling hot but they never took his temp to reschedule! My cat has already sprayed and not only that my wife and I rescue animals and would never do anything to hurt them. One doctor said he was fine the other said no I'm calling it they are very unorganized and shouldn't tell us that our cat can come on Thursday and then make us reschedule to a week and we already paid if I could give no stars I would and I feel bad for anyone that has to go through this! I would choose critter care which I also go to just the neutering was a little bit cheaper here and when you rescue animals cheaper is better but good luck to anyone who goes here.

Thank you for your great service! My poor pup had a fever of 106 yesterday and an infected mammary gland, she could hardly walk and slept all day ☹️. A day after our visit there she's back to her spunky self, wagging her tail and looking 100% better! Great service and staff!

You will never convince me these people see this as "just a job". They have taken care of my cats for about 10 years now & I have never had a tech or doc that showed anything but love for all of them, but the love was extended to myself as well today in an unbelievable manner. I am blessed to have these people in my life. Thank you all so very much for your hard work. May God bless you all.

I took my male kitty's to get fixed and I love that they did not have to get stitches! The people there are wonderful and they treat your animals with amazing care! I will definitely be going back!

Very close to home. No appointment needed. No CHECKS accepted. Took kitten in for hernia repair. Vet took a lot of time to explain everything before surgery. Very pleased with outcome.

Took our new 8wk old baby Boston Terrier. Great service, very busy but courteous staff. The vet and assistant were so nice and informative and told us exactly how to care for her. This is an animal hospital, so it smells like animals, but it is clean and tidy.
