  This company is behind but trying get orders done. It had been 8 weeks I called on Tuesday got our windows on Sunday. Thank you Tony a man of your word!!

  Just like a lot of these other reviews, the customer service and communication about an actual lead time is not great, if you know the wait time is longer than 4 to 6 weeks just say so, I’d still buy the Windows but I’d know to plan for the longer wait time. I ordered 4 standard Windows and I’m over the "custom” window wait time I’ve sent inquires about my order with a 1 response in during the 4 week window and no response to 2 inquires placed after the 6 week window. I just want a true estimate on a wait time not a run around. I really hope the product is worth the wait, from what I’ve seen In other reviews the Windows are great so I’m staying optimistic.

  WOW Tony was amazing !!!! My first window was damaged in shipping. I reported the problem way after their stated 30 day policy. This awesome company just sent the replacement glass and it arrived 4 days later. They won't be able to get a refund from the shipping company for the broken glass. I wasn't expecting them to replace it outside the 30 days and definitely not so quick. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service and so happy I purchased from Deer View Windows. You and your company have earned customers for life. It's rare to see this level of customer service these days. I'm so happy a went with Deer View Windows. Also I'm happy with the quick email responses.

  I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Deer view windows and their customer service staff. My vertical slider windows are 3 years old and look and function as well as they did when they were new until a large hail storm broke 1 of my window panes. You can see by the damage of my siding that the windows handled the golf ball size hail better than the siding did. The company expedited my pane and it was too me within days to ensure my blind was sealed back up from the elements.
  I can't say enough about their product and customer service, thanks again, I highly recommend their windows and doors.

  I have just finished placing an order for another 3 windows for a custom-built house. This will make my sixth house with Deerview's (hinge)windows. I would not be using them again if they had not met my standard. This product does everything I had hoped they would do. Easy to install, even easier to operate. Even when I had a breakage due to my own fault, they fixed me up in a timely manner. I have been so impressed I brought two older houses home so I could retro fit them with the Deerview windows. These windows (Hinge) are functional and affordable. I'm glad I found them. PS: The picture is of the retro fit, hence, the do look a mite Hinkey.
