Its OK but not good place to live. They will not disclose their exact price when you will book but at time when you will reach there and will pay.
I booked this Hotel as a Wyndham employee and because I am familiar with Wyndham standards, I expected them. When I got to this place I was quite literally traumatized. From the moment I walked into the front lobby and saw the dirty aquarium, I should have known, but I was willing to cut a little slack. But when we got to the room, I just couldn't stay there. I had my Mother with me and we inspected every inch of the room as well as the hallway and doorway. It was dirty, unsafe, and the room itself still looked as if someone was still staying in it. I opened the drawers to the dresser and saw shopping bags with money still in them and one side the drawers were completely caving in and demolished. A dinosaur was drawn on the lampshade, there was a hole in the bathroom where the toilet paper roll was supposed to be, bugs in the windowsills, stained mattress and mattress cover, and stained sofa. It was so dirty in the room I did not want to touch anything. I went back to the front desk and asked for my money back and we went to another hotel. WORST experience of my life!
Rooms are good, clean and large. Lots of outlets, good AC. Staff is friendly. They did forget towels in my room, but brought some right up. Nice place, nothing fancy.
The continental breakfast isn't exactly diabetic friendly and the pool was closed for maintenance, but when you're running from a hurricane, those are minor details. The room was spacious and clean came with a whirlpool. The microwave worked well, as did the refrigerator. The desk staff were friendly and I didn't feel the price gouging that went with other places.
We walked in to eat dinner with our two little ones since it was right across the street from our hotel. As we stood there for a few minutes, a manager and several servers walked past us. No greeting whatsoever. Looking around, none of the empty tables were clean (the restaurant was about 85% empty of customers), a few customers stood at the register to pay and the person ringing them up walked off to seat another table who they then had to bring back to wait presumably because of all of the dirty tables. A manager walked to the register, asked if the ladies had been helped, and then walked off to find previously mentioned server. Again, at this point, no greeting. Not even a nod or smile or "be right with you". Not a single word from the manager.
We left to find another eating establishment.
We've never had a negative experience at IHOP until this location.
The only positive is a granite top in the bathroom. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Sofa Bed is a tore up with no linens in the room for it. The phone has no cord so you can't use. The breakfast is absolutely sad. Very disappointed as this place is no where near what was expected
On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate this hotel a 2. For reference, I rate a typical Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express a 4. Despite the fresh coat of exterior paint, the interior shows its age. Trust your noise when you first walk in. The bed was clean and comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The upholstered furniture was well used. We booked sight unseen. Had we ridden there first we would have known that the hotel is one of several major brands within a few blocks of one another.
Very strong smell of some spice (Cardamom perhaps) that just made your nose wrinkle. The rooms are a bit shabby (carpets fraying, paint peeling, etc). We stayed in a room where I hit my shin twice on the bed frame (stick out an inch and a half from box frame). Not happy. Will choose Choice Hotels after this point.
The room was awful! Supposed to be non-smoking, but ashes all over the room and it stunk. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned at all. We would have gone anywhere else, but there was no other rooms available. We didn't feel safe to sleep in my car and way too tired to continue driving. We'll never go there again!

It is an absolute Trash and the services are terrible. I checked in my room with my parents and my cousin we had no towel. I asked and the front desk said "it's in the dryer and when it's out we get it to you" and they didn't give it to us. So before leaving for dinner I asked again they said ok I'll get it to you. When i come back it was 10:30 and we still didn't have any towel. I just gave up on the towel. So next I needed sheets for my sofa bed i asked them and they gave it to me without a blanked. When i asked for them they told me again "I'll get it to you" and of course I said ok. Next think you know I am sleeping with out a blanket. So we all fell asleep and my parent woke me up because my father got bitten by a bed bug that bit him 30 time from neck to the arms. So I asked for a room changed and we had to split the family at this point I was furious with the service and the cleanness of the rooms. I was getting ready to sleep and my mother comes in the room telling me we are leaving because the bed bugs in her room. So we checked out but the thing that made me even more was that none of the member I talked to said. " we're sorry about that" or just "sorry"

Terrible, do yourself a favor and go some place else. This hotel would be okay in terms of location to the beach; its about fifteen to twenty minutes away. Not bad considering. However outside of that, its a terrible establishment that needs to be closed down. It has roaches, bed bugs, unprofessional and uniniformed staff, and is dirty in general. I stayed during Memorial Day weekend, and in that time, I had one nice staff member to help me. When I showed her pictures and video of the bed bugs, she switched my room and guaranteed me that it was vermin free. It was a smoking room, and even though I don't smoke, it was better than the bed bugs. Outside of that, there was no help except to file a complaint with corporate (said by the owner). The owner was non chalant and not helpful in any capacity. The same staff member that helped me quit along with two others the next day, and there were about twenty other guests that had issues of roaches, ants and bed bugs in their rooms. Do yourself a favor and go some place else. Its well worth it.
