  I have received fantastic service from the crew at Day and Night.
  
  Ricky, the gentleman who did my initial inspection, was quick, courteous, and efficient. He was honest in his report on my situation and advised accordingly.
  
  Al, who performed the follow up inspection and measurement for a new AC unit, was likewise incredibly professional and demonstrated expertise in his specialty.
  
  My installers, Eric and Juan, we’re timely, superbly efficient in their installation, very respectful of my neighbors, and did not leave anything damaged or dirty.
  
  I would highly recommend the team at Day and Night for your next AC or plumbing repair.

  A leak in my house
  brings the plumbers Day and Night
  I am satisfied
  I engaged Day and Night Plumbing to fix a leak and replace some valves as a short term solution. Because they acted so quickly they were able to get parts and schedule a water heater replacement, full tub and shower replacement, and installation of a water softener system within 1 week of their first visit to accommodate my schedule. In addition to their prompt service I highly recommend Troy M and his team Paul, Eric and Anthony for the following reasons-
  They kept their commitments, arriving every day as planned. The scope and final cost of my multiple projects was as originally estimated. I was kept apprised of progress including availability of parts, of necessary steps to access pipes, of cheaper alternatives to my choices, without me having to ask. The team was professional and cleaned up after work was done for the day. They showed me what was accomplished at the end of each day and warned me what to expect the next day. Troy M, the project lead, was working or supervising the work and even provided his mobile number in case I had any questions or concerns while the team was off site and responded promptly to messages. I plan to use Day and Night Plumbing for future remodeling projects.

  Andrew and Mike installed a whole house carbon water filtration system for us; from arriving first thing in the morning to assess our needs and make a proposal to completing the installation, they were done in one day! Andrew and Myke were able to accomplish this because they are professionals who are completely supported by the Day & Night organization. From the people who answer the phones to the most highly skilled field personnel; Day & Night gives their people the training, skills and resources they need to do their jobs professionally and expeditiously. I have used Day and Night exclusively for all of our HVAC needs and they are now my "go to" company for our plumbing needs as well.

  Day&Night replaced my heat pump system back in 2014. I have utilized their A/C and plumbing services since then. They are always responsive and professional. I had my system maintenance scheduled today. Tim, the technician, was no different. He was professional and courteous. He took pictures and explained what he did and what needed to be done to keep my system running properly, hopefully for years to come. Thank you Day&Night.

  I was blown away by the amazing service provided by our Day & Night install crew. They were so professional, very skilled, efficient, and polite. I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take. The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but George's work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc. It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in installwellI have a whole different reason to adore this company! It was a complete pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
