Right off Rt 80 from either direction. A gem of a place. Any style hot dog you want and terrific fries.

The food was good but service was not great. We are from out of town and the waitress was less than helpful on how the ordering and food pick up worked. We were missing an item and I stood at the counter while she looked at me several times but never came to see what I needed. We are here for three days and won't be back.

I've been coming here close to 15 years. Today will be my last time coming in. There has been numerous times I sat at the drive thru menu before someone asked me what I wanted and i when I pulled up to the window everyone was horsing around not paying attention. Today the girl working the drive thru had a very nasty attitude I ordered 2 drinks with my meal.. hands me my food and asks me if I'm waiting on something else I said yeah my drinks and proceeds to tell me I didn't order any. I ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese and instead of it being brought up to the girl to hand to me it was thrown from the kitchen to the girl and the window and when I opened it everything was a mess. I'm extremely disappointed in this place and I hope it gets taken care of

Food is pretty average so far. Only been twice but it comes out really fast and really hot somehow. Its that fast it's kinda amazing.

Cute building..reminds me of a Gingerbread style house. Breakfast is served all day which we did not try. Besides hot dogs with various toppings, the menu offered onion rings, fries, ice-cream and a few baked goods like muffins. It was a neat experience but the hot dogs were basicworth trying but basic food.

I love Davey's ! The building is so cute. It's unique and looks fun, even from the outside.
The food is tasty and they give great portion sizes. Service is friendly and helpful.
Great place to take small children. Unique experience to bring your out-of-town guests to.

The young people that work here are incredibly polite and mature for their age. Either Davy's dogs is hiring only exceptional young men and women, or he is doing an excellent job training his staff. Either way, the food is great and I have enjoyed this place for 15 years. And I enjoy the service from young people who are bound to be successful in whatever careers they decide to go into because of their great customer service skills and work ethic.

We had the hotdog with the Gyro sauce and bun mixed in. Love that sauce. Got a hot chocolate that was cold. But the chocolate itself was very good.
Our soda, while I asked for little ice, had about 3/4 ice, however was refilled for free. So that gave them back a star.
Good customer service, very friendly and never saw any worker on a cellphone. (Amazing nowadays.)
Will be back again to see if service maintains and upgrade my rating.response / report this review -

the girl taking my order at 615pm on 23mar2017 is a f*cking idiot.
gave me the wrong change for a 20.00, she also had an attitude when my order came out and it wasn't what I ordered.

This is a local destination frequented by celebrities such as Regis and Kelly. Come in and see the autographed photos of stars that came in to get their dogs done all kinds of ways. The restaurant is modeled after Davy's dad's house, a A WWII hero whose memorabilia lines the walls as a testament to classic Americana. There's no better way to pass on the American tradition to your kids' generation. Don't forget to say hello to Davy, the man who started it all decades ago with a little hot dog cart. You can find him working his grill in the afternoon hours, ensuring the top quality and customer service his regulars have come to expect.
