  I have updated this review to reflect that David Sanchez publicly commented details about my case on this review that were not public, and only edited his comment once I emailed him twice and contacted the bar grievance hotline. He would have responded to my email if he wanted to talk about my concerns. His office also doesn’t answer the phone…
  
  This firm used to be Trujillo and Sanchez, but seems the firm dissolved within the last year and there was a lot of drama. Most of the staff went with Trujillo, but if actions are a reflection of a persons character - the fact that David Sanchez commented details of my case breaking confidentiality because he did not like my review shows a lot about David Sanchez as a person and lawyer. I would honestly steer clear and go elsewhere.
  
  I also tried to discuss my concerns with Sanchez or Trujillo but was told by my case lawyer Jorge Jasso that this was not an option…
  
  RUN, don’t walk, RUN AWAY to A DIFFERENT firm:
  
  Long post, 1 & 2 most important to read:
  
  1. Do you want your medical records in a timely manner so that your lawsuit can be filed? This firm will not follow through and will blame medical providers for lack of records, when if you follow up yourself it truly is the firm that is negligent at records and make things take forever. My case probably would still not be filed if I wasn’t on top of my records after 6 months of no movement. My case was finished timely, but it was due to my own due diligence. This affects how soon you get paid (and end your lawsuit nightmare) bc you can’t file anything without records.
  
  2. They send you to their medical providers who bill outrageous amounts. Even when they assure you there are reductions and to take care of yourself, you still end up with overwhelming bills from unnecessary procedures. They will dodge how much these will cost. They try to blame the providers, but they have to sign off letting you do all that unnecessary treatment that ends up being exorbitantly expensive even after reductions.
  
  3. After a super traumatic car accident, I was calling their office for a month to ask if I absolutely needed to do a scary test that involved needles and electric currents. Was called back by attorney over a month later who said “Stephanie. It’s 5:36 PM. It doesn’t make a difference in my life what you decide. I’m going home either way.” His assistant apologized for him when I cried, but then told me the firm wanted to drop me after this and he’s the one that stuck up for me to keep me on as a client. Not uncomfortable at all…
  
  4. Their Facebook posts make it seem like they are the good guys who want you to get paid more than they do, but at first only reduced their fees by barely half a percentage point so that I got $100 more than them. I was in a car accident, assaulted, and left with life-long expensive injury that I can’t afford and they wanted to get $100 less than me. Wuuuuut
  P.S. staff is like a revolving door around here and they use it as an excuse for any delay or mistake.

  This office has been not responding my calls in regards a settlement that was supposedly paid to my husband years ago and he never received his payment and I’m aware from court that settlement was sent to your office till today you haven’t call me back office asst always responds with the same answer that his not on the office and that I should receive a phone call soon ! Never happens same happened today

  I just want to Thank the Law Office of Trujillo & Sanchez for helping me through my case. I’m very pleased, with everyone from my attorney to the people at the front desk. Everyone was very polite and communicated with me through this long road. Thank you guys so much if you are reading my review you are at the right place.   I was involved in a car accident almost 3 years ago, and the other driver was clearly at fault, but his insurance company dragged their feet and made numerous rock-bottom settlement offers. Mr. Trujillo assessed my injuries, and after consulting with me at great length, we decided to wait them out and set it for jury trial. I am an attorney by profession, and I was most impressed with Mr. Trujillo's command of the courtroom and his demeanor with jurors and witnesses. In the end, he was able to obtain a judgment of more than 5 times what was offered by the insurance company for the at-fault driver. Two Thumbs Up!!!

  I was involved in an accident at the end of December 2020. From the beginning I felt I had a strong team on my side. Having never been through this experience, I didn't know what to expect or where to turn. They were able to lay out a road map of what to expect and where I begin with no upfront expenses required.. The office helped set up my medical consultation which required therapy for three months and once released is when I felt the lawyers really went to work for me. Jorge and the entire staff were knowledgeable and dedicated to my case. I received text updates and e-mails regularly on the status of my case and what to expect. Overall I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and I just wanted to say thank you to the entire law office team.
