  I worked with Dale Rose several years ago.
  After I was involved in an auto accident in 2021, I contacted him with several questions on how to resolve since I was one of three vehicles that was hit -- and I was the only one to leave the accident scene in an ambulance after my car was totaled and my wrist broken. After months of negotiating on my own, I was getting extremely frustrated and decide to meet with and retain Dale to represent me. Unfortunately, I waited until close to the expiration of the statute of limitations before a lawsuit would have to be filed. BUT DALE TO THE RESCUE! After I turned everything over to him, he kept me informed every step of the way and even after paying his attorney's fees and medical bills, he was able to get me more than I would have settled for had he not been involved!   Mr. Dale Rose is an extremely professional and hard working attorney. He helped me pay what I owed in medical bills from my auto wreck in 2021. As well as making sure I got some in recovery as well. If you are looking for an attorney he is the one to choose! I am very thankful for his dedication, drive, persistence and open communication.   So disappointed! I was having quite a bit of difficulty with a solar company. I contacted Dale Rose PLLC at the beginning of May to see if he could help me get a response and resolution. During our first conversation, we discussed what was going on and he said that he had had some success in getting resolution for customers with solar companies. He emailed confirmation that he would take my case and asked for some information and documents. My original email back was missing some info (my mistake in reading the email too quickly). I finished sending Dale the remaining information on May 19th. Dale then ghosted me. I emailed him a few time, texted him and called him. I couldn't get a response from him until yesterday. Dale sent me an email saying he wasn't having success with solar companies (direct contradiction of his first conversation with me) and he would not be taking on my case now. I have now wasted 1.5 months thinking I was getting some help. Not appreciated!

  I used Dale Rose Attorney for a Motor Vehicle accident that happened in 2022. Dale was very helpful and making sure all my medical expenses were taken care of. From day 1 he informed of best case and worst case scenarios. I am new to the DFW area and he also helped me find a local doctor to examine me after I was in the hospital. Dale made sure I was kept up to date with all the insurance company was doing and asking. The paperwork he uses for your statements are easy to follow. Dale was able to settle my case out of court through mediation less than a year after the wreck. The settlement was very generous allowing me no medical bills owed.
