I've had the opportunity to know Therese McMillan for over 2 years. She's used my services on her properties and has helped me sell my home. I've seen this woman crawl under homes as well as touch up paint when needed. She's never afraid to help and she goes the extra mile. Kelli Weis was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! She went out of her way to find a property that met all of my criteria. She gave me great advice as we navigated the system. She stayed on top of all the little snafus that interfere with the smooth process of securing a home mortgage loan as she worked in concert with the selling broker, the bank rep, the inspector and the appraiser, and jumped in with a solution to all of our little problems. I have bought and sold 5 houses during my lifetime, and this was the easiest by far, and I'm sure it's because Kelli was in charge.

Nothing could have been better than to work with Margaret Federal. She made the sale of my home as easy as it could possibly be. I had to sell during covid which made things difficult. Her advice about how to handle things was outstanding. The home is on Turner's Creek and a unique property and required someone who understood the challenge of selling this type of property. I cannot recommend her enough.
