This was absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever had. $18.00 plates the size of a bowl of cereal without a salad. Needed to ask for 6 more slices of bread for a party of of 8. My $18.00 eggplant parmigiana tasted like a block of cardboard.

Nice homemade past place in Strongsville. Owned by chef Dante Bocuzzi, who had other highly regarded restaurants in the NE OH area.

The sausage cavatelli was lovely, the wait staff was pleasant, the salad was wonderful. I love that I can get a smaller portion of the main dish so I can eat my entire meal as I despise leftovers and invariably do not eat them.

Knowledgeable staff, great food and pleasant ambiance. The hummus dipping for the bread was very delicious and our cheese plate was also wonderful.

Must have been having an off night but our party of four only had one good meal among them all. Great service and nice location with plenty of parking.

Our server Kurt is the best and all the food is fabulous!! The owner needs to friendly up a bit but this is all around a great place to eat. A Little on the pricey side but the food is awesome.

The first thing about this place that ranks it 4 stars is the service. Our waiter was very good, but I believe at least three other waiters chipped in at different times. They did it very naturally and relaxed. They did a really, really good job. They were really good about finding stuff for my picky daughter to eat.

This was the second time that I've been there. The last time was about a year-and-a-half ago. I can't recall the particulars, but somehow I remember enjoying that meal more than I did this meal in terms of food quality. Not that what I had this time was bad, but my favorite collections of my prior meal was that that meal was better.

The last last time I was there, I believe I had a sampler of ravioli that was great. This time, my wife and I shared small plates of a Carbonaro and pork Bolognese. Both were Good good but not great. The Carbonariwas a bit undercooked for my liking and The Bolognese was pretty ordinary though the noodles were delicious. Preferred the meatballs which I thought were great, especially the ricotta meatball. Very good meatballs.

Overall, the food was good, but was better the last time I was there. Both times the service has been As Good As It Gets.

Excellent service. Excellent food. The location is the only reason I think this restaurant is not as busy as it should be. A true hidden gem! My personal favorite there is the eggplant parmesan. It is filled with super light ricotta and absolutely delicious. And there is enough for a lunch reprise the next day. Marinated vegetables are an excellent appetizer.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, since we didn't have reservations. Would definitely recommend making reservations ahead of time as this is a popular place! We ordered 3 of the small plates (pasta bolognese, cavatelli w/spicy sausage and wagon wheels with just marinara) and they were absolutely fantastic! Everything tasted home made and was SO delicious! The spread that comes with the bread was really good, too! Dress appears to be dressy casual to dressy. I did see a couple of people in jeans, but not many. Overall, a fantastic place. Can't wait to return!

Went here on 12/10/16 reservations at 7:00pm.

This was our first visit to DC Pasta and we had a pleasant experience. Since moving to Strongsville, it's been one of those places that we always say "we need to go there some day."

The wait staff was friendly and professional, the atmosphere was cozy. The food was very good and quantities were fair to price.

We started off with the mushroom appetizer (if you like mushrooms it's the bomb - and can serve 4) and their fresh bread and wine. Followed up with Caesar salads, which may be one of the best I've ever had. I had the pasta bolognase and my wife had cavatelli with sausage. We shared one beef and one lamb meatball, which both were delicious.

We both enjoyed our dinner and felt relaxed and not rushed. Our server was very courteous and attentive and we were both impressed by how good the staff was for such a small restaurant. Overall we felt like it was a "fine dining experience" but at a reasonable cost.

Price: One large appetizer, two salads, two medium pasta dishes = $52 pretax. We did get a bottle of Malbec for $24 (and it was ok I think it was kinda nice to have wine for under $60 for once). Even though we both had the small pasta bowl we're stuffed and passed on desert. So, we think the cost:quality:quantity is in a good spot.

We would recommend DC Pasta for small gatherings or casual night out.
