I was there for a catered style meal after a funeral. They treated us very well and all the food was great. Everyone in the large party was pleased with the service and quality of the food.

We have been coming to Federici's in Howell for dining and scores of family events through the decades. Always great food and service. Family pride shows.

I gave two stars because the fact that they make great food isn't the only thing a company must do to get a five star rating. The last two timesy family ordered delivery our food cost 30.00 but they charged us for the wrong size salad making it 36 and change. When I called to have it fixed instead of just refunding our money they charged another 30.00 so we were out of 60$ in total. Because I was ordering for my son mostly I was using the c.s card which I do not get a statement for so they told me I had to have it printed to prove it when it was addressed the same night and they could have just printed their daily transactions and would of seen two from the same card. Now we call tonight to order pick up on a Friday night we wanted tonight's special the 2 dinners for 24.99. we also wanted one plain pie. The guy pachi had the audacity to try to tell me because we wanted to pick it up he was charging us 29$ which basically is the same price as buying the entrees seperatly. My question for feddis is how does the price go up when I'm still using my gas to drive to the restaurant to pick it up? It's not like it's delivery where still they advertise free delivery so it wouldn't be right to charge more. We have a child the special is called date night and our date night is at home with our son that just had open heart surgery. So how is it even ethically correct to try to rip someone off yet again because they prefer to eat at home but still want to purchase your food. Not to mention Pachi which was the man telling us this then cursed at us when we said there's no specification on your website that if you order it to take it home you have to pay more for it which wouldn't make sense anyway. He then got brutal with us and very verbally abusive and goes " I don't give a f*** what the web site says I'll charge you what I want". I have to say my family always loved going to feddis for family dinner and it use to be so enjoyable. In the last six months between the servers, to the delivery transactions on my card, down to now Mr Pachi talking in the upmost unprofessional and disgusting mannor toward me and my guy on the phone. When we asked to speak to someone about him he said no that his boss was in Aruba so we asked to speak to the next in line and he denied us that. So please feddis value your customers a lil bit more and stop thinking that you should take more out of your customers pocket for choosing to wash their own dishes and sit on their own couch for the night. It legit makes no sense. Even if it was just one dollar more it wouldn't make sense. But you guys jacked it up almost 5 when you already scammed me out of 60$ in the last two months. On two deliveries I paid a total of 120$ for two large pies with sausage and olives on them and two small house salads. I figured out the house dressing recipe from an old friend that use to work there so after tonight after a lifetime of spending at least 50k from my family alone I will be retiring from eating at and or ordering from your restaurant. Just because people enjoy your pizza and dressing which are the main two reasons people eat there doesn't mean you live above the law and can steal people's money and scam them and when they catch on treat them with utter disrespect and vulgar language. Might be a good idea to fire Pachi! God bless!
P.s even down to last year we spent a ton with you guys my step father in law Joe paid for my mother in law's Lorrains 60th bday party and buffet and my niece Alyssa's sweet 16 in July! Never again our family is gone!response / report this review -

The food here is outstanding! We had a small banquet for our golf league, and everything was exceptional! The service was wonderful and the food . . . Ah what can I say . . . Delicious!
