Food is great some portion are small, people who work there are friendly and professional service.

A great lunch spot by the lake. I have been a regular for years and I live that the staff (old and new) take time to know my name. Not many other chain restaurants care enough to do that.

Horrible customer service, we will not be returning to this location! We are currently awaiting a call from the District Manager to complain about the "gentleman" that we dealt with that needs an education on customer service and proper phone etiquette, especially after spending close to $30 for a clue sandwiches that weren't that great.

Customer service was Blahh! Good is always great but this time the bad my sandwich came in had "Grillelujah" down the side in big letters.
Might not be offences to most but as a devout Christian. It disgusted me!
People might think I'm being over dramatic but I don't feel I am
Now if it was a remark dealing with islam

We go here and lot but mostly because my wife likes it. Subs are good but on the expensive side and limited veggie options.
