  Huge store with two floors of display/inventory. Customer service was fantastic. Tom the manager was great.

  Very poor QUALITY bought furniture played $2400.00 for a loveseat that both reclines,couch that reclines electrical and chair that reclines all the lumber support did not hold up only had 3 years. Also bought a Jamison mattress and boxspring had a 10yr warranty within 6 years ithad a 2 inch sage in it. They only replace the mattress with a different brand and not the box spring which made it even worse. Went in there and complain about it and they said it not there problem and wouldn't fix it. Paid about 1000.00 for the bed. Jim Cutshall don't stand behind his product and if you have problems with it your just screwed. Don't recommend buying anything from them. I suggest Grand Furniture or zaks or even Ashley Furniture. Roberts furniture is not the place to go believe me from experience don't buy anything from them.

  Wonderful! My husband and I have gone a couple times and got the same sales lady. She remembered us and what it was we were wanting. Super nice and professional! Every employee we passed said hello/how ya doin. Definitely recommend

  They have a very friendly staff here. We went to look at sectional sofas and they matched the online price we found.
