Well now let me tell you a story! One day here in November 2017 I recieved a phone call stating "Custom Dental" was taking appointments for dental work on veterans free, as a "Veterans Day" thank you for your service day. I signed up, and within a couple of days I was called with an appointment. Really folks I don't normally get things like this handed to me. I went to the appointment, and went right in to the building with smiling good natured faces all around me, nice Christian music playing softly in the back ground, was told welcome and filled out about 10 minutes worth of paper work, went right back to the dentist, was x-rayed and told about my procedure for the day which was to have 7 uppers pulled 6 that were broke off already. Dr. Wassink and his most capable assistant Sarah Shoemaker made me fill at ease and did excellent work on getting out the mess I had in my mouth. Let me tell you as one that would rather go to a ball game than a dentist, this was by far the most pleasent dental experience I have ever had with a dentist. I would highly recommend "Custom Dental" to anyone looking for a great dental experience such as I had. Thank you for the service you did for me Dr. Wassink and "Custom Dental. I have abnormally high anxiety when going to the dentist. I have not met one person a Custom Dental that has not made me feel completely comfortable. I am amazed by how nice everyone is!! It says a lot that I walk out every time smiling! Thank you Custom Dental!!

I've been coming to Custom Dental since they first opened & I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. They are just that AMAZING!!! From the moment I walk in the door they treat you as if you are family. They always greet me with a warm welcome & make me feel as if I'm right at home. Everyone in the office speaks to me & makes me feel as if I truly matter to them. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Wassink & the entire staff.

Everyone here is very professional! The atmosphere is warming. Love that they are great with kids (especially Laura) and don't pressure them to do things. Also they take time to explain what they are doing!

I don't do dentist offices very well at all. Going to custom dental I was greeted by very pleasant staff. The experience going back was so different. They made me feel as comfortable as possible. The dentist is very pleasant to talk to calming voice. I recommend custom dental to anyone young and old. Proud to smile. Thank you Dr. Chad Wassink and all the staff.

Amazing dentist office from the staff to the dentist!!! I have 4 children and they were able to get them all in at the same time and day!!! That never happens!!! For anyone looking for a great dentist for your children this is the place. The staff was great with all my kids from ages 7 to 16. Plus it is a very clean and friendly environment!!!

I appreciate the quality work I've had done with Dr. Wassink and his staff. The staff is very professional and friendly. He even called me on a Saturday afternoon, two days after I had extensive work done, to be sure that I was recovering well. Hands down the best dentist I've been to. Highly recommended!

Our family has been going to Custom Dental of Harrisonville for several years now. From basic dental care to orthodontics they have taken excellent care of our families needs. The staff is always friendly and happy to see us. Dr. Wassink always takes the time to hear your concerns and do what is best for you. I love that we can call with any questions or concerns and they are always willing to help! I look forward to having our family be patients of theirs for many years!

I was with the same dentist for many years; he moved and I needed to find a new dentist. I heard great things about Custom Dental, so I decided to give them a try. From the first phone call to make an appointment to the appointment was great. Everyone is so friendly and want to get to know you. The office is beautiful, the equipment is up to date, the staff is so happy, helpful, and friendly, and they play awesome music. Very professional and caring atmosphere. Referred my family to Custom Dental.

I am fortunate to have a family friend back home that is a dentist. Several years ago, after traveling home and getting a second opinion from him, he strongly recommended that when I got back to Harrisonville I needed to find a new dentist, which is exactly what I did.

I called Custom Dental of Harrisonville after visiting their website and taking the virtual tour of their office and services on-line.

We've all heard the saying: "first impressions are lasting impressions." After my first appointment, I am pleased to say that my first impression has certainly been a lasting one.

As anyone can imagine, going to a "new" dentist is already a bit scary. However, any fear I had was quickly put to rest.

The friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, the advanced technology used, the genuine feeling that "they care" and the time they take to thoroughly advise you and explain various options, their recommendations as well as potential consequences based on the different options collectively, have far surpassed anything I had experienced after living in Harrisonville for the past 15 years. Couple these facts with their bright, clean and always cheerful facility and you have winning combination for an exceptional, serviced- oriented dental clinic.

My family and I are extremely pleased with the service levels we have received from Custom Dental. We've been patients for 3+ years, and although some of the services are slightly higher priced than what I had been paying, the reality was that my prior dental office was doing me no favors. I KNEW I needed more dental work than what my old dentist was willing to perform. I wasn't always in pain but I could physically see that my gums were not healthy and each time that I asked about them, I was always told they were fine and that I had nothing to worry about.

I have and I will continue to recommend Custom Dental of Harrisonville to friends and acquaintances. I hope the citizens of Harrisonville realize how very fortunate they are to have a dental office of this high caliber right in our own backyard.
