I DONT WANT TO CALL ANYONE A BABY, SO I WONT. I NEEDED A RENTAL AND MY CREDIT ISNT GREAT, PLUS I DIDNT WANT TO SPEND A LOT. THE GUY IN THE OFFICE IS VERY MATTER-OF-FACT, BUT NOT RUDE. I HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY GOT ME IN ANOTHER CAR VERY QUICKLY. WHEN I NEED TO RENT AGAIN FOR MY DIVORCE COMING UP, I WILL DEFINITELY GET ONE OF THESE AFFORDABLE CARS. ID ADVISE ANYONE ON THE LESS POLISHED SIDE TO CHECK THESE GUYS OUT. ITS NOT THE WALDORF HISTORIA, BUT THEYRE CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, AND THEY HANDLE BUSINESS- JOSEPH F. SCOTT

I see why the reviews are bad. Kevin is REALLY RUDE!!!! Just simple conversation turned into whats that got to do with me? Like dang dude just making convo. He has VERY nonchalant attitude and no compassion at all. I will definitely recommend not renting from them.

Ok so i signed up to have this car three days i needed it longer. Owner kevin was ok with it. I paided $270 @ 27$ a day and 5%surcharge. I got the car with 1/4 of a tank of gas. While I had this car I was pulled over the plates there are on this car along tray truck they do not even belong to this Jeep. The whole front in shakes when you hit the breaks the window does not go up-and-down and there are multiple lights on the dash. This jeep is unsafe. kevin owner . Threatened me with calling the cops on me because I wanted an actual refund. I should have gotten 71$ back and he gave me $40 on top of that i brought it back with more gas than was given to me. This is not a good place!!!!

I've rented here before, Kevin wasn't as rude as I'm seeing most say he is. However, I can clearly understand how he should be. Very unorganized, as if he's renting the very same cars that he uses for his pizza delivery business, which seems to be inoperable. I gave him a cash deposit, which he stated he'd mail the refund to me and that never happened. 💡Very poor and unethical business habits and each location appears to be a junk habitat.
