I knew my ducts needed cleaning bad like! I had gotten a quote last year from a company that I couldn’t remember the name of. They had to be done and since I had NO idea who to call, I did a google search. I read all the reviews for several companies and crystal clean had the best reviews so I called them. And I am so glad I did!
Our home was built in 1999 and they have never been cleaned so you can imagine how gross they were!
Crystal clean was fast and efficient! They were very informative and didn’t mind when my dogs tried to help them work!
Having your ducts cleaned and sanitized is not a cheap thing to do, but I felt these guys were very honest and well worth the cost!
Would definitely recommend them and will use again!!

Jason and Scott from Crystal Clean vents just left my house. Literally I just shut the door on them and I could not wait to leave a review for their phenomenal service.
1. They told me what time they were gonna show up and GUESS WHAT?! They showed up at that time.
2. They walked me through what services they were going to do, why they did them, and told me how long it was going to take and GUESS WHAT?! that is exactly how long it took them to provide those services.
3. They let me know what condition my vents were in, where some trouble spots were, what I could do to help maintain everything and
4. Just now as I am typing this review they sent me an invoice and I was able to pay it right away in a no hassle online platform.

You need to get your vents cleaned. You need to have it done by Crystal Clean Vents - I swear you will not regret it!

We had Crystal Clean Vents come out to clean our system after our home was built. There was so much construction dust and debris in the vents and AC Blower. Everything is so much cleaner now and not being coated in dust after a day. Not everything went perfectly the day of cleaning, but they owned up to it and were quick to fix everything and make it right. Not all businesses will do that. Mistakes happen, and it is how they are handled that determines if I want to use a business again. I would definitely recommend Crystal Clean Vents because I know that they will make sure to take good care of you.

I am SO BEYOND GRATEFUL I chose to go with Crystal Clean for my vents. They use a process that is so different from other companies. It is 100% more thorough and effective. My vents were absolutely DISGUSTING! (I try not to think about the fact that we were breathing all that in… not to mention making our furnace work so inefficiently).

Randy and his team are top tier professionals that get the job done quickly and thoroughly. I felt safe with them in my home and I know they knew what they were doing.

I highly recommend you pay the extra to have your dryer vents cleaned as well. I had no idea the level of fire hazard hanging out in the walls of my home until I was shown how much lint was trapped there.

Randy and the Crystal Clean Vents team provided an outstanding service. We looked at and contacted 5-6 other companies in the 'vent cleaning' space, and we are so happy we chose these guys. Our vent system was very dirty (big understatement) and had likely never been cleaned. Crystal Clean Vents left everything looking like it was new. Randy and his team went above and beyond to explain the process and to leave our system totally clean. We are now breathing clean air in our home. In my mind, the big difference between these guys and the competition is their equipment. They have a specialized truck that generates so much suction power. From our research, a lot of the other companies use glorified shop vacs. These guys are the real deal. They were professional, friendly, and hard workers. They even wore little booties on their shoes, so they didn't track in dirt or mud on a snowy day. I would absolutely recommend this company.
