The hotel is very nice but the rooms are a little worn in places. The food, both in the restaurant and room service is very good. The staff was all very friendly. We had set up a wedding block and so also has contact with the event sales staff. They were great to deal with. Overall, the hotel did a good job of making sure that we and our guests were taken care of.

I went to the crown plaza to make a reservation for my wedding, and to block off dates for same. The whole place is beautiful, especially the Christmas tree. It is definitely old, judging by style, but very well kept, I didn't see a crack or carpet snag or anything. And of course the restaurant has an awesome view of the whole of Dayton. I think we will be using them for our wedding.

The rooms are nice enough and it's usually pretty quiet. It's a nice little cozy place to get away for couples. The staff doesn't always follow through with requests though when you talk to the front desk, even when you ask multiple times for the same things. So just make sure you pack everything you need and you'll be fine!

Rooms are nice. Decently priced. Food isn't bad. Some of it is really good. Drinks at the bar are great. If you like music it seems that they keep bringing in bands.

The rooms are very basic and there is no cable television. The bed is pretty hard. I was woken up multiple times in the night by the air conditioner rattling but we couldn't turn it off because it's really hot in here even though it's below freezing outside. My partner took a shower and the drain was clogged. There was also nowhere in the bathroom to hang up the wet towel. We spent some time in the bar last night and one bartender was really nice to me (even though he also kept touching me, which was bizarre and unwanted) but rude to my friends. The food was as overpriced as hotel restaurant food normally is but it was pretty good. I got a burger from room service and it was pretty good, too. It came quickly and the food tasted fresh. I wouldn't stay here again if I didn't have to.

A decent hotel. Desk staff was nice and whatever job 'Fred' has did a nice job providing some directions and info about the town. Made me actually excited to be in downtown Dayton.

An older hotel but well run. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center adequate though not really what they describe on the website. The restaurant/longue was passable, with good staff but high prices for unimpressive fare-- good luck finding a vegetarian or vegan option too. However the location is perfect and the staff couldn't be more efficient and polite.

Room was ok bed was very comfortable. But I went upstairs to eat and that mistake I'll never redo. I ordered a blue moon and hot wings. Wings came out in minutes and tasted like they were microwaved and they were hot as lava and fell apart. As in the bones did too, NOT WORTH 15.00 for microwaved food. Services was sub-par. Just not what you pay for. Beware

I just park in the parking garage beside it. Google thinks I've been there, so yea. But I'm sure it's a nice place. Probably has some rooms, maybe a pool, a free breakfast, you know, hotel stuff. But then again, maybe it's not a hotel. I didn't research it. It might be office. If that's the case, I'm sure it's nice too. Probably has some rooms, probably no pool, probably some vending machines or a microwave to heat up your breakfast that you paid for.

This was a great room! Frig to keep my waters cold, comfy king bed, and a short walk to the Dayton Festival! Staff was very attentive and nice. Cleaning staff did a great job of servicing the room each day. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

I had never been to a Crowne Plaza before and my husband and I were looking to get away for a night so we found this place online and used my employee discount and honestly this was a great experience. The room layout was nice, the bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked like a dream. The bathroom was a bit small and the sink took some manuvering to drain but overall very nice. The staff was wonderfully polite and I had a very good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is extremely enjoyable to stay at, and the staff is wonderful. However, the dated design and bathrooms leave something to be desired. Overall I would recommend it and enjoyed my stay.

One of the best hotel options in Dayton. The hotel is located smack dab in the middle of Dayton and is within walking distance of several shopping/entertainment districts. As a plus, the hotel staff is very accommodating towards large parties.

Great staff here, very courteous and friendly. Convenient location downtown within walking distance of the Oregon District. It seemed like an older building -the rooms were small compared to newer buildings- but pretty well kept up and clean all things considered. No problems with the temperature control. Did notice some small upkeep things like peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, but did not affect my stay.

Hotel is very clean. The people greet you with a smile and help in any way thay can. Rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are clean. The toilet lid closes fast and won't stay up unless held up. But other than that i have had a wonderful experience here at crown plaza. Also i was not impressed with the food in the restaurant.
