I scheduled my move 2 weeks ahead. I had my home 95% packed. I ran out of time and inquired on a Sunday via text to Susan if they could help me pack the rest and break down two beds when they came to move me. I was assured they would take care of everything. After the move was complete, I returned to my old place to do some cleaning. I found that 4 full kitchen drawers, and 3 Kitchen Cabinets and a few other things were completely missed. I took vacation for the move and time was at a premium for me. Spending another two days and loading and unloading my car twice with a 40 minute round trip was a major inconvenience. My two texts to Susan with pictures of all the missed stuff, my packed car and to express my disappointment went completely unanswered. I cannot recommend this company after this experience.

Poor communication and poor customer service. Very difficult to get in touch with and acts as if you are bothering them. I paid $1500 for a one bedroom house move and at least two items were damaged. A couple days later I’m looking at my credit card statement and was charged $1800. A $300 over charge. I would not recommend this moving company
