After ordering food via phone for 5 years, giving our first name for 5 years, I go to pickup the food and everyone there is totally clueless because they said they "have to have a last name". It is 2014. People with different last names live together for years/lifetimes. In a tiny village and 1 order sitting there at the most for a phone order, you cannot figure out that I must be the one who ordered it? Do you bother to train your employees? All idiots. I will NEVER order from there again.
