I’m standing In he store right now. Ordered over 30 mins ago. 5 people standing behind the deli counter, and haven’t even started my order. When I said something I was told “ people are training so you have to wait” won’t be going back to this location. Only on AC

Left on hold to long for just one question over the phone they need a different way to handle the phone and wait on customers not leave up to just one person. The comment it happens sometimes was not what o want to here when there is three of them in the background laughing.
